United States Minnesota; Man, George Floyd, dies during arrest, cause being a cop kneeling on his neck

Well...

If this is true... this is going to get ugly.

Millions in damages, innocents beaten and murdered, and every cop in the US slandered.

And it might have been for fake news...

Not that they didn't cause the guys death but, again, if true the entire narrative was wrong.
Truth is irrelevant the mob wants blood, even if we had 100% proof, it would mean nothing to them.

Yet none of that excuses what those cops did.

That cop could have shifted his leg to George's shoulder or put it there in the first place, but he didn't.

None of what happened to George is 'fake news', just because he was resisting earlier.

I agree, but we can be certain that the defense is going to bring it up in court; assuming a fair trial is even in the cards at this point. Picking that jury is going to be a nightmare.

We arnt sayimng the cop is innocent but we at least understand the situation in which leads to him being in said position

From family who works in that area of law, standard procedure would have the trial out of state.

Presumably what happened is that he was drugged up and thrashing in the car-this meant they had to take him back outside and restrain him.

Which given the drugs in his system and the fact he had heart issues was enough to kill him.

Plus the whole knee on the neck; none of the rest would have mattered without that.

He had a large dose of fentanyl in his system. He very well may have died before his booking.

Given how drugged he was, I honestly doubt he knew he had used counterfeit money. In fact it makes it less likely he did.

Not that it matters anyway, he’s become St. George Floyd victim of police brutality and racist Amerikkka.

Given how this has become such a major national story, I'm honestly not sure moving it out of State would be enough to even clear the jury pool. A fair trial is going to be very hard to have.

It is the best way for a fairer trail
