They could have put him in the back of thier car in hand cuffs and he still would have died is what Isem is saying.

Would have at least probably avoided all of this stuff.....he’d go under radar from the news

Don’t want to talk about a horrible drug addiction problem

And had they, they wouldn't be up for murder, as then they wouldn't have shown a depraved heart. They would still have caused the death, by Isem's own logic, but that's not enough for a murder. It's the depraved heart/additional felony (whatever that is) that makes this a murder.

Yup

Going back to the riots, I think it’s only a matter of time till they quiet down

At the very least on the rioting part, gonna however increase attempts at making “autonomous zones” and trying to change policies

Riots are for the other thread. This one is about George Floyd, his murder, and the court case.

Again, BLM is mostly another thread. But mourning a person who died unjustly as a symbol of many people who the police kill unjustly isn't a problem really. He wasn't perfect, but that in all honesty isn't important.

Okay, though admittedly what I meant by "Saint" was less mourning him and more trying to use him as a weapon for awhile longer after this

Anyway, I'll leave this to whatever you guys are saying now

He was fighting them when trying to put in vehicle and was not able to safely get him in and close the door

That also doesn't matter for this part. That might matter if they want to advance a self-defense defense, but that would also fail. for other reasons. The cop caused his death, and did so in a way that showed a depraved heart (i.e. kneeling on the guy after they knew he had no pulse).

George Floyd was only a 'victim' of his own making. What most everyone allowed to be lost in the narrative was that Floyd had three times the amount of Fentanyl in his system that's usually lethal.

He was in the midst of a fatal overdose when he threw himself to the ground. The county medical examiner (not the celebrity one paid to give a specific cause of death, who never even took blood samples) ruled his death as being caused by cardiac arrest due to coronary artery disease, combined with drug intoxication. Perpetuating the media lie that Floyd is an innocent victim of police brutality harms everyone.

To hammer home the point to those who for some reason might be drinking the Black Pill Kool Aid.

Reminder that many of these people (at least on Twitter) are quite fond of freaking out according to what’s bring portrayed by big media despite claiming that they know the media is controlled by the enemy and always lies. Sounds like shareblue shills and bad actors spreading depression to me. Or better yet, another branch of the 50-cent army. That alt-right to China pipeline is seemingly unmentioned in the media, big and small.

How do they know he had no pulse?

And literally they could have done anything and he would have died.

It's in the charging documents, from what I recall. One of the officers noted that he had no pulse, and told the kneeling officer, saying that they should put Floyd on his side. Chauvin responded that he was going to stay on the neck.

And again, it doesn't matter if Floyd would have eventually died anyway. Doing what they did caused the death. Even if they caused it five minutes earlier, that (I think, IANAL) would count as causing a death. This, combined with the knee on the neck for nine minutes, constitutes 3rd degree murder.

I am just explaining what Isem was saying.

Sure, and Isem was saying, unknowingly, that Chauvin was guilty of murder. Causing the death (in any way, even with preconditions) + depraved heart = 3rd degree murder.
Except you are saying no matter what he did even if he left hima alone and he died it would still be 3red degree.

I am not defending the cop as he did wrong, but at least trying to split the difference here

No, if he left him alone, and then he died alone, then he wouldn't have caused the death. But because the interaction with Chauvin caused Floyd to die (even if it only made it faster) I think that would make it a caused death. But honestly, IANAL, so I'd want to look up what courts have ruled 'causing death' to mean in Minnesota.
