No ATP you don't understand. That meme is refferencing a trend that happens in historical movies and shows where white characters like Jullius Caesar, or Queen Margarent of Anjou, or most hilariously Carl Gustaf Mannerheim of Finland were turned black.
So on the internet some memes made fun of this by making Hitler a black woman, or now making Dirlewanger a black man.

Yeah, the takeaway is never trust the government sources for "science."

These are the same people that closed down gyms during covid, even though being physically active was one of the very top ways to ensure its not as bad when you catch it, and was noticed very early on.

Oh yeah! I totally forgot about that nonsense. Honestly the whole covid pandemic was more entertainment to me than anything, I was with my late friend and we were pretty much drinking vodka smoking weed and fucking off the whole time lmao

I built a home gym and never even missed a session, except when I actually had covid. A real home gym, not just some dumbells, but a squat rack, a bench, and 700lbs of iron plates.

Missed a scheduled day when I was sick. But on day 3 of being sick, I was out on a run.
