It is certainly very annoying. but I was forced to give this site an exclusion on my blocker since otherwise I would miss over 90% of what is being posted here.

Technically, that's the word for virtue/excellence. If you want to say "based" as "the very best", then ἄριστος (aristos, "most excellent") will do.

However, the literal Greek for "based" is... βασιζόμενος (basilomenos), which is very fitting, because it can be read as "kingly-minded", or as "possessing the will/strength/purpose of a king". Since the Greeks have gone to trouble of making the perfect word for it, I feel we should use it!

Eminent domain is more easily resisted.

There was this big care a few years ago where hundreds of armed farmers scared off the cops who were trying to enforce eminent domain.

Also, they are dumb and also just evil. They don't get their jollies if they do not cause as much harm as possible
