Meme Thread for Both Posting and Discussing Memes

Same with where I am from in GA.
They literally are only called or seen when actual crimes are committed.
Like when working in the jail, DNR, our game wardens, came in with a drunken boater.

And now, the true terror of the Poles has taken territory.

The infamous Kurwa Bobr!

INB4 GRIZEEEE!!!!!!!!

Further I have no green idea where the beavers came from in the memes. I know that there is a Polish old viral with a guest and a beaver.
The Ukrainians apparently like it, and the Polish stuff has seen a resurgence in recent months.

Rather, "Chwala Bobrom."

In Polish there is no Slava, there is Chwala. (Hvala)
Let me guess Hvala is praise as in Bulgarian?
Slava means Fame in Polish.
Means glory in Bulgarian as well.

And who doesn't like Beavers? They are such cool, pretty and useful creatures.

Another thing is that we got tired of restoring their population, between the wars there were no beavers in Poland. Now there are plenty of them. Years of teaching about not hunting them and their usefulness has given them a very good reputation.

In many Slavic languages it means.
Let me guess Hvala is praise as in Bulgarian?
No, means Glory. But it is spoken the same way as in Bulgarian.

I agree with you, they keep themselves clean and are also industrious and intelligent enough to build cool structures.

Let me guess, you were hunting them to make clothing and handbags out of them?
No, means Glory. But it is spoken the same way as in Bulgarian.
Humm, now that I think of it хваля тебе Господи, sounds more like glory to/praise God.

Archaic, and the word is rarely used.

Yes, for almost everything Beaver can do. Which made Polish beavers extinct by WWI.
Humm, now that I think of it хваля тебе Господи, sounds more like glory to/praise God.
Well, in that sense, only that we speak with it to all that is necessary, praise.

Glory to Poland, Praise to Heroes, et cetera, et cetera

Archaic, and the word is rarely used.
Well, the Polish language has a lot of archaisms according to other Slavic languages.

Wow, really?!

Thought it was mainly America's "gun permissiveness" that's the butt of foreigners' scrutiny, not how controlling or heavy-handed the ATF can be. 🧐
Like the TSA in airports, the ATF are known to be utter cunts even over here in the UK.

When your agency has such a bad reputation that even people in other countries view them in such negative ways, there may be a problem with your agencies you'd want to look into.

But, of course, the US government is gonna be the US government. shrug
