Very well-said.

Coming in to prove exactly Wargamer's point.

The Conservative right has had a general outlook and policy since at least the time of Reagan:

We don't compromise on core principles to win votes. We convince others that our position will in fact benefit them as well as us, and win them over to the truth instead.

We may compromise on side issues, like drug legalization, or going for serious welfare reform instead of removing it altogether, but we aren't compromising on God, Family, and small government. If you can't understand that those are the core principles of American conservatism, then either pick us as the lesser evil compared to the left, or as Wargamer said, go form your own party.
I see. Keep losing then, I guess, since you won't attract nearly enough people with that attitude.

That's why the kidneys perpetually produce urine? And you need to drink and eat in order to survive, and then excrete waste products in order to not have your bladder/colon explode (which can actually happen)?

Or maybe she means we should be like rats and elephants, just constantly dribble a little everywhere we go.

It sounds as if she's unaware that animals have those some body functions at all. Has she never owned a dog?

More because they were stupid. The civil rights movement really started in the late 50's, when that iconic stuff you pictured was still strong. That happened under the WWII generation. What the Baby Boomers did was throw the world into debt, dismantle nearly every cultural norm and embrace foreign propaganda.

Steve Allen on how he hates how he raised his kids (boomers):
That's interesting, though he kind of takes the easy out. He puts the blame on working too hard and ignorance, ignoring that a lot of people bought into things like Dr Spock, permissivism and other destructive child rearing trends that have continued to exist to this day.

There's some truth to what you're saying here, but he also has a very good point:

He grew up without a father of his own.

One of the biggest things that has wrecked the family, is how the normalization of extra-marital sex and divorce has resulted in enormous numbers of children growing up with only one parent. As a result, even if they're making honest efforts, they have to relearn parts of parenting (often all of fathering) from scratch, because their fathers did not pass that wisdom on.

And each generation where children being raised out of wedlock continues the problem.

Looks around at sky high gas prices, inflation, one policy disaster after another the erosion is civil rights and all of the scandals that just keep happeing.....

You sure this is an enviornment that the rights going to lose forever?
based on conversations I have had at work. NPCs will never be reached. i can get them to say Biden a bad incompetent corrupt man. but getting them to say maybe republican not so bad? that is impossible. they will never vote trump. never check R. that is for evil bigot racist Christians. they are good decent liberal people so they will at most just refuse to vote at all. they will also sneer if you think trump may be better than biden since trump supports genocide because the algorithm fed them a news article misquoting him and if you explain context you are just making excuses.

minor contention. the problem propagates and gets worse the longer it is unaddressed. more kids are born out of wedlock as time goes on not less. addressing the culture merely gets you dismissed. shit is kinda fucked and I don't think it is gonna get better in the near future.

Oh, I don't disagree with that in the slightest. It was the war generations that implemented no-fault divorce, who permitted the Hart-Cellar immigration act, who chose to create "civil rights", and more besides.

America was on the decline by the time the boomer babies came into power. But, the world described in those pictures still existed across a lot of America ... there was less of it, but it was still there. They chose to finish the job while patting themselves on the back, bragging about civil rights like it was both theirs and a good thing, and rejected building generational wealth in favor of "maintaining their independence" for as long as they can.

Russia has developed their military since the fall of the USSR into a mostly Special Forces surgical strike and massive artilery barrage. These tactics worked well on Chechenia and Syria but not on Ukraine.
