Well, any evidence she's lived in Africa? That's a claim that needs to be supported. As far as I can tell, she has an Irish accent (see video from this article) and so was likely raised in Ireland, and thus is Irish.

As for Ireland, it is very much not an ethnostate, given its secretarian violence is largely based on religion and allegiance to the crown. It's previous religious nationalism is changing as they become less religious (which, fair enough, the Catholic Church fucked them harder than any other country since maybe the crusades? Read up on what happens when mixed-race people need organ transplants. Read up on diseases like tay-sachs and sickle cell anemia. Read up on the many various differences among human races which have been easily discerned through the scientific method.

Once you understand that race is a biological construct, something we all deal with just like having two arms and two legs, it's easy to work from there. The genetic influence on behavior is not something so simple as a binary "bathe? yes/no". Just as there are many genes associated with intelligence, there are genes associates with risk-taking and violence, and with other meaningful human behaviors. Anyway, on the topic of the black chick with the Irish citizenship.
Well, you can study medicine for example(and get a medical degree without doing much studying) on the cheap in Eastern Europe.
2-3k euros should be enough IIRC to cover the semester fees, and life and housing for students here can be a lot cheaper than in the West.
We also saw a lot of third world students come here back when the Berlin Wall was still up, so I think that maybe recent migrants, who aren't all that affluent, to the west might remember that a bunch of their source country's doctors and engineers and agronomists studied in places like Ukraine, Poland, Serbia, Romania and Bulgaria and they might have their children study here because it is cheaper.

There is another benefit to doing it, us locals will not see you as an affirmative action recipient(just as a walking cash cow.)

It is orders of magnitude cheaper to study medicine here.
