Also... quite frankly, the evidence suggests that there are no such race as Americans. That while there's lots of mutts they have no identity, no binding ties other than the "melting pot, proposition nation" bullshit that was used to convince them to import the third world. With a few more centuries of interbreeding and a firm border policy, there probably could have been an American race, but there isn't -- and probably won't be, thanks to our lack of cohesion and inability to defend our borders.

We already know this isn't the case, because Putin was being an asshat to Ukraine even when he had a fanboy leading the country for him. The only provocation that occurred here was that Ukraine was even considering joining NATO and the EU. Basically the fact that they weren't allowing themselves to just be complete puppets of Russia - that's it. That is all it took for Russia to decide they wanted to reabsorb Ukraine. This is only about control, and all that bullshit about NATO supposedly provoking them (essentially though its mere existence) is just a pretense to reabsorb an "artificial country" that i ntheir minds was only created thanks to the break-up of the Soviet Union, which they look back on fondly.
