Some of those things are actually hard to articulate, and they're all very important things to understand and discuss.
Which is why, of course, certain sorts of people have tried so very hard to corrupt the discipline of philosophy. Because it deals with such fundamental concepts.
Philosophy as a dicipline is something that tries to justify itself by overcomplicating and overanalyzing shit that 90% of the populace can handle with common sense and intuition.
Philosophy as a discipline, in the modern world, effectively exists just to perpetuate it's own navel gazing and academic depts/funds, and doesn't actually add much of value to anything.

The fact that most art departments are also full of crap these days, doesn't change the fact that good art is still worthwhile. The same is true of Philosophy as a discipline, and your cavalier disdain for it doesn't accomplish anything productive.
