Now I am starting to feel with all these unclean vaccinated people with no immune systems spreading sickenss all around to each other and shedding spike proteins... We should mandate that the vaccinated wear n95s. To do their part and protect others of course. We should probably ban them from restaurants and air travel too. Safety matters right?
But he's immune now - so what's his worry?

And "navigable" doesn't necessarilary mean "big". Just think of all the places in the US two people can get a few hundred lbs of cargo to from New Orleans, LA using just a canoe, two paddles, and enough places to stop and rest at. Parts of West Virginia and Canada are reachable.
it gets worse moving things on water when you add up all the costs is a tenth of the price of moving stuff on flat land, and that shit gets worse when you add in mountains and other rough terrain. I think he means the Jones Act, and how it relates to ship construction/ship ownership issues in the US, which was one of those 'seemed like a good idea at the time' things that has come back to bite us in the ass.
