Obviously not. He's just listed out the major social groups in order of how much he hates them, then decided that his mortal ideologies enemies must naturally love the people he hates in reverse order.
In reality, white men and women hold almost all positions of power in the Democratic Party because these are the biggest voting blocs in America. Followed by black men, black women, hispanics, and then everyone else.

- Illegal Immigrants (Except Cubans because they're usually anti-socialist)
