Not sure if you are actually asking, but it's referencing Kyle Rittenhouse. After a day of cleaning up graffiti, he was attacked by three antifa thugs, two of which were felons and one of those a convicted pedophile. One with a skateboard hit him, two tried to shoot him. He managed to shoot one, the other feigned surrender but then realized Kyle's rifle was jammed. He then proceeded to try and shoot Kyle again, and Kyle managed to clear the jam and shoot him before the guy got him.

It was a pretty tragically hilarious moment, that apparently nobody bothered to tell Lucas that he was having Kenobi give such a self-contradictory statement.

Revenge of the Sith has some of those, intended to criticise the political situation around the time of the Invasion of Iraq(RoTS is a 2005 movie) which weren't subtle at all - the best-known of them is the "this is how democracy dies... to thunderous applause" line. I mean, when fucking Dragon Magazine makes a joke of it, you know that Lucas laid it too thick.

And yes, the self-contradictory line was hilarious.
