Kyle Rittenhouse Trial Thread

Honestly, what I'd do instead of Kyle's law is basically restore USC 1983 to be able to sue prosecutors who violate civil rights. That's what the law is supposed to do before Judicial activism overwrote it. You could do it at a state law instead.

EDIT: Listening to Kyle's law, basically it says that if you don't even get preponderance of the evidence, you are up to be sued. I'd be down with this for all cases, not just self defense.

While this was happening, a black business owner was also on trial for shooting two rioters and accidentally returning fire on cops in an unmarked car who mistakenly took a shot at him IIRC.

Both were prosecuted by malicious actors and one got acquitted and the other (The black guy.) had his case nuked from orbit by an irate Judge.

From what I understand both cases are a great example of why you can have both at once. A restoration and a new law.

I want to look deeper into this. Do you have the guy's name?

Stallings was the last name, the first name escapes me. I might be wrong on some of the details, I can't remember if he killed the rioters or just tagged 'em

But from what I remember, it didn't even make it to a jury.

edit- there's also this one. Courtesy of @Spartan303

Though this is a little less clear cut to me.

So here is the thing about the "What if X was black" argument I have never understood.

So if X was black would the person asking the question agree with the verdict themselves? Would they see Kyle as guilty or innocent then? are they saying guilty was the correct verdict and everyone would of agreed with it if Kyle was black?

Well we know what would have happened of Kyle was black. The Judge would have called Binger a colossal retard for insulting his docket with this bullshit case and then dismissed with prejudice.

Which was more or less what happened with the black business owner I mentioned above

So the argument is completely absurd no matter what and if anything proves the criminal justice system has a biased against whites and Latinos since Rittenhouse is both and that circus was allowed to go ahead when a Judge dealing with a very similar case only with a brotha told a prosecutor to go pound sand.

Muh mean tweets mother fucker.

People always wondered why Trump used such hyperbolic language instead of direct insults.

It's because calling someone a fucking cunt or a deranged creepy weirdo is a lot harder to sue over than "white supremacist who killed innocent pedos who didn't du nuffin"

I think he needs to go after MSNBC first after all they were involved in juror intimidation on top of defamation.
