Kyle Rittenhouse Trial Thread

I really dont think either one of the ADAs are going for political office. I think they are both that dumb. Any political candidate that wanted to run against them would just need to mine the Judge yelling at them for lying, violating Constitutional rights, and the bringing a gun to fight for ads.

This is what incompetence looks like. I'm telling you some Law Professor is chopping this up right now for "Dont do this for baby lawyers 101."

The literal retard outfoxed them on the stand and caused one of the Lawyers to degenerate into a bellowing walrus with its flippers caught in a bear trap.

We are well beyond "how not to lawyer" and well into "this is why people with less brain function than lobotomy recipients shouldn't be allowed to practice law."

This fat bastard is a walking arguments in favor of eugenics.

And yes, Jim's prolly right. Walrus man was probably beaten extensively in his youth and is coping.

...actually I'm gonna stop calling him walrus man. Walruses are genuinely noble and affectionate animals that have a tremendous amount of loyalty to their young and communities.

Ima call him an elephant seal instead. Especially since they rape babies ...which if certain rumors are true is right up Bingers alley and Krause prolly knows about it so fuck him.

Edit- that's coming from Barnes and he needs to be careful with his mouth during the trial because he's coming dangerously close to starting something his clout chasing ass can't finish.

That being said, he's probably right about Binger being into catamites.

Earlier model M-16s didn't have the little protrusion behind the opening where the spent casings come out of (I really need to learn the proper English names for gun parts at some point) that deflects them to the side, using one of those in a left-handed stance would result in burning hot pieces of metal flying right at your face. So yeah, some guns very literally have "handedness".
When my father was in the USAF back in the 1970s, he had to have a special training on "how to get a hot cartridge out of your shirt" due to having to use the early M16s left-handed. The reason was he was left eyed (and left handed), and the military doesn't want people shooting cross eyed because it severely negatively impacts their accuracy.

Federal versions of the same charges.
There's no Federal Jurisdiction in Kenosha for them to charge him under. The Federal government cannot just charge people for random crimes anywhere in the country, they can only charge for very specific narrow crimes that they have jurisdiction over. Federal murder laws only apply when in Federal jurisdiction, not everywhere in the US. This is why, for instance, in the Chauvin trial there was talk of charging Chauvin under Federal Hate Crime laws if he walked on the State level charges. The Federal government could not charge him for murder or manslaughter, since those those were under State jurisdiction, but could charge him with Hate Crimes due to those being under Federal jurisdiction.

What would happen if they arrested and charged him anyways; even knowing that they have no legal grounds to do so? I assume it would take some time for someone to step in and stop them; meanwhile, they can toss Rittenhouse in with the January 6th protestors.
