Frankly, Trump should have released all of the filth he had on any and all agencies.

It might still serve a purpose to deal with them when he retakes the Whitehouse.

How many properties does Trump own under a shell companies name? It aint paranoia if they are out to get you. Might be why they want more IRS agents.

They're not for him. They're for us. The Middle Class.

Oh, lovely. They've sent me a mo-ron.
His goal might just be to make a total spectacle of the whole thing and accuse the Judge of being an Epstein client to his face in front of a bunch of TV cameras.

Cause as much disorder in the court as possible in furtherance of his quest to delegitimize the system.

Which is kinda redundant since everyone mistrusts everything government or global Corp related any way. But whatever boomer moment.
Just like Alex Jones did?

Yes and honestly I've a feeling Jone's circus of a trial is gonna get nuked from orbit by either the USSCOTUS or the Texas State Supreme Court.

Because they fell for his bait.

Oh and the Judge was outside legal council for CPS in Texas when they were actually caught trafficking kids...so yeah..those accusations might be, not as inaccurate as people think IIRC.

We keep seeing pretty major fuck ups and now were all wondering when it all catches up to them.

No, Jones is straight fucked. He did the one thing you never should do in the justice system: not show up to court. He then got a default judgement against him, so now he's screwed. If he had actually shown up, he could have won.

X to doubt.

The manner in which that whole thing happened violated the guys rights to a degree I'm not sure if it can be ignored on technicalities.

... Which he could have raised if he had bothered to show up. If you decide not to be there to argue, you just lose.

I would be in favor of this bullshit sticking just so more citizens start seeing civil litigation for the crock of shit that it is so they react to asset seizures the way someone would react to home invaders by the hundreds of thousands.

But no, I don't think they'll get away with what was done to him. Even institutional simps have to realize what this does to them

It does nothing to them, because they'll have the brains to actually show up to court. Look, Alex Jones is funny and it sucks he's in this position, but he apparently doesn't know shit about the law, and didn't bother to ask around. This is completely his own fault.

My understanding is that he made the decision that he'd rather lose the lawsuit than turn over the information the court was requiring that he turn over in the course of the suit. The only surprising thing was when his lawyer accidentally gave the opposing counsel some of the information he was claiming not to have.

Then he's still a moron. You can fight discovery, and also just fail to respond to them. It has real negative consequences (generally called a negative inference, which means that the opposition can say that you are hiding anything, and you are), but less than not showing up.

He could have also moved for dismissal on opinion for a number of things as well. There are decent lawyers who would have represented him, he just was dumb about this.
