Most people tend not to assume that someone they're talking to has a hidden camera of some kind on them, tech savy or not. Hell when was the last time you worried about someone recording everything you did in person? Add that his people are pretty good at getting people to lower their guard coupled with some of these people being really dumb about keeping their questionable views and ideas secret and you have the perfect recipe for videos like this.

Play shmay investigate it anyway. Every ticket presidential or otherwise. If nothing else this is a mandate for voter fraud investigations nation wide going forward. By the Senate if nothing else.
If there is wide spread enough tampering, uncovering might win you a few seats. It has already happened before... though win might be the rare case, it will usually be getting seats that rightfully belong to the Republicans.

Eh, more a case of not letting them get away with even one fake 'glitches if you can. If you can investigate Russian hooked rumors for 4 years you can investigate ballot tampering and vote fixing for 2.
Well, there is a difference, because latter will have at least some factual basis, rather than the former being based off of fabricated oppo reasearch.
The one filed in District court on the 9th, yes. The SCOTUS case, no. But a decision for Trump in the SCOTUS case would also largely decide the district court case.
And in the district court case, if Trump wins then he wins the state because a large chunk of the absentee ballots from Dem counties are going in the trash. Literally hundreds of thousands of Philly ballots could be tossed.
