Ohio Attorney General Asks US Supreme Court to Overturn Ruling that Extended Deadline For Mail-in Ballots in Pennsylvania

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost separately called upon the Supreme Court to take up the case.
Does anyone have a guess on the odds of winning? I'd say high given the clear violations on full display, but I'm still a newbie at this.

I know it's hard to stay optimistic about this when the media and tech are going full-bore for Biden.

I know that the voter fraud evidence we've seen here doesn't feel like it will be enough to flip the electoral projects the media and tech are working from.

I also know that @Zachowon is right, you need to force yourself to fight against the demoralization the Dems are trying to push. It is far from over, and you need to keep telling yourself that. Remember how long it took to sort things out in 2000, and remember we aren't even a week past the election yet.

My advice, don't watch or listen to any mainstream outlets for the next few weeks to a month. Nothing is even close to being decided yet, and those media sources will do everything they can to demoralize the GOP and Trump supporters.

Focus on your own life, as much as you can, and check places like this for updates on how things are evolving. Ignore the mass media and tech as much as possible.

The media is trying to push the people into forgetting the entire thing and using mass demoralization and repetition to force the results. Complete insane shit.

What will actually happen is when the lawsuits start hitting there will be massive whiplash as they struggle to explain what happened, and the masses of NPCs who paid no attention get the rug pulled from under them will likely riot and make the BLM riots look small. Of course any claim of these "protests" being violent will be labeled fake news and Trump will be a fascist when he tries and stop them from burning the country down.

I always want to know what's happening behind the scenes but I have to be part of the inner circle to find out.

This was posted on Free Republic on Saturday, the guy, by the way he's talking, is from the Republican Party:

Latest update:

Spoke with Baris.

1) AZ now only a 19,000 lead with approx 240,000 ballots left, all from Pinal (good!), parts of Maricopa. Baris was in touch with Ducey’s people: apparently these are the “good” parts of Maricopa.

VERY DOABLE.

2) Ducey, whom I have been very hard on due to the lockdowns, has been stellar in this fight. His team has figured out exactly how many ballots are outstanding, so there can be no more mysterious last-minute ballots. Baris thinks now Trump wins AZ by 6,000.

3) GA has just developed a new problem with reporting of earlier ballots; will certainly recount but also now may re-canvass. Apparently, there are still military ballots to be counted. Baris thinks Kemp has been a dud in keeping tabs on how many ballots are outstanding, which is why they keep “finding” more ballots. Apparently if you have all ballots returned form a district, you can challenge anything that comes in after that. But if you don’t have a count on what is still out, you can’t do that.

4) WI and MI both finding big errors, one with clerks (WI) one with machines (MI). Baris says the machine errors in ONE COUNTY ALONE would give Trump the lead and the state. Both may be recanvassed. Said Reince Priebus and his crew were negligent on election night, not getting ahold of how many ballots were out, and assured Trump he had WI. They literally went to bed.

5) PA still doable. Apparently there are over 100,000 ballots contested, which would give Trump the state. This likely will be litigated at the Supreme Court.

6) They have until the 8 to submit electors, though as I recall in FL the sec of state did not have to certify until five days later. I’ll have to check that date.

7) There is a chance we still win 4/5 (AZ, MI, WI, PA) and an outside chance we get all 5. Per the #S from an earlier Freeper who was on a campaign call where Trump was supposed to be up in GA by 3,000, in NV by 5,000, etc., they were NOT getting the number of ballots outstanding right.

8) I mentioned to Team Trump that they must make a very persuasive case to the WI, MI, PA legislatures; to not make this about saving the Trump presidency but about saving the PROCESS, because if we let this go there will never be another free election. They need to also make sure legislators understand the hell they are gonna get from Ds and media, right down to doxxing them, harassing their homes and families, etc. It should not be sugarcoated.

odds of winning is high, because of Separation of Powers. The Pennsylvania Supreme court Legislated from the bench and created that mail in ballot law that, the problem is that only the State Legislation can create laws and rules for Legislation and also for election process.

So do Trump voters blame the Chinese or the Russians?
Worse, the Americans.

You know initially I was quite hesitant to jump in the deep end of voter fraud, but now I'm convinced. This shit show stinks to high heaven. Something of questionable legality happened behind the scenes and the Dems are quite desperately trying to smooth it over.
Sargon makes a lot of excellent points. Doesn't mean that Biden won because of voter fraud, but there's enough evidence to warrant an extremely thorough investigation before any conclusions can be reached.

Time, is the one thing Biden has more than anything else, the ability to drag life on for a real long time even if it’s far from healthy

So, 85% to 90% chance or so?

Sorry, I’d just hate if my state ended up preventing Trump getting re-elected and helped further this whole BS clusterfuck.

I was talking to my husband, who has mostly been taking breaks from forums lately, and he was telling me how he could do some statistical analysis on voting data and provide very strong evidence for or against cheating without the need of confessions, proving ballots are phony, or finding discarded Trump ballots. I’m going to ask him to sign on and give some more details.

If your in a state with recounts, spend a half hour or so giving every single represnetative you have a call and email, letting them know you want them to push as hard as possible, roll as many cheater heads as possible, and hold the line. Ask what you can do to help. Make sure your vote was counted properly if theres a way to check that.

Make sure your another voice cutting through the media calls for calm and acceptance. Let them know directly what you want them to do, otherwise they'll only hear what the media tells them you want.

Visiting a local top office if ones available, or any sort of party gathering, is good too.

If you can help make sure the GOP has the spine to fight and fight till victory, you might help push us over the edge.

somewhere around there. it was smart that these State Attorney Generals came together, its the Argument that they gave could make the US Supreme court to Judicate on the issue.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision overstepped its constitutional responsibility, encroached on the authority of the Pennsylvania legislature, and violated the plain language of the Election Clauses. Worse still, the decision exacerbated the risk of mail-in ballot fraud by permitting mail-in ballots that are not postmarked or have no legible postmark to be received and counted several days after the election,” the GOP claimed. "The decision provided a window of time after Election Day, when the preliminary results were announced, in which unscrupulous actors could attempt to influence a close Presidential election in Pennsylvania and elsewhere.”

This is the main Argument, that could get US Supreme court interested in but its the second Argument that would really grab there Attention.

we’re seeing courts overstep" and that the state court "taking the position of legislators is problematic, ... and we’re hoping the Supreme Court will weigh in.”

Considering that the US Supreme Court didn't fast track this Case to Judicate on the issue before the Election, it now blew up in their faces, with massive allegations of Voter fraud. going back to my point, these State Attorneys were smart, they made it into a issue for the other States in the Union, considering it set bad precedent for State courts and Governors to take the power of the Legislation to make laws. US Supreme Court will have to Judicate on the issue, so they could set a precedent that Restores Systems of Check and Balances and Separation of Powers.

So have any of the ballots in Pennsylvania that would be affected by the state legislatures law suit been added into the total yet?

If not then the Pennsylvania matter needs to be a two pronged attack. The Republicans have to block any more dubious Biden votes with this law suit and also invalidate any illegal votes already counted into the total for Trump to emerge victorious. Three prongs actually as they will also have to make sure that votes for Trump were actually counted too.

I also believe that military votes will still count and haven't been added yet?

Does he have James Bond bugs? How else could he record someone confessing anything?

You do realize everyone carries a recording device with them at all times right? I mean push a few buttons on your phone, and put it in your pocket, assuming you aren’t an idiot no one would know.
This is technically not legal in a lot of states, since you are recording without permission, but in order to press charges the person in question has to admit that they said that, so bit of a catch 22.
