Just a reminder that the USA literally built flying saucers, eventually canning the project when they proved too temperamental to replace regular planes, and invented fake aliens to hide this research from USSR spies.
When it was only tucker receiving "high level whistle blower" it was obviously a credibility attack. Make him seem gullible and stupid.
But now that the biden crime family really needs the press to shut up for a bit it this got recycled via this official announcement into a "stop reporting about our actual crimes and here are some stories we make up instead"

Yeah. 99% chance it's just advanced deep black tech, and people like Grusch are being misled because they'd prefer alien stories float around rather than "oh they've developed insanely advance propulsion and energy systems and they are keeping it from the public"
I don't buy that any of this isna distraction from other news. I get the sense they would very much prefer that this isn't news at all, but since it is, they're running a disinformation campaign to drive up confusion about it.
They'd rather have China thinking we don't know what these things are, than for it to be well known that they're our craft.

People pull the, "they're just distracting you bro," because they think they're smarter than everyone else. We're not dumb enough to be distracted, and you're not that smart that you're the only one who thinks this, this is just the culmination of exposing secret programs long in the making. It's probably not aliens and that doesn't matter at all.

This is why I don't get the distraction narrative.
This has been happening for months, (years, decades actually)
But this particular chain of events has been happening for months. This hearing has been planned for over a month, and this Hunter stuff was a very recent surprise. Thay just doesn't add up. How can they plan a month ahead of time for something no one even in that courtroom even knew was going to happen until it happened? Doesn't make any sense.
And distractions need to be big. fact is, there wasn't even anything all that new or surprising revealed. Mostly just putting onto offical record stuff that we already know. Gaetz was the only one who brought anything new, and compared to Fraver's story, it wasn't even a huge reveal. If they release the image Gaetz claims they have, it'll be a big deal. This? This wasn't a big deal as far as new info goes. I think it'll be a big deal historically, because I think this just cracked the egg and we are going to see a lot more come from this in the future, as other whistleblowers see that it might be safe to come forward.
But if they're going to run a distraction piece, it needs to be big news, and as I have mentioned before, the media has been mostly ignoring this since Grusch's interview. Or covering it in mocking tones. Worst distraction ever. As you said: people are just following both. We are capable of following more than one news story. Distractions only work when they're so big that that's all the news covers for a few days. This is being covered as a joke and as a side piece. I very much doubt this is a distraction. Its a very, very bad one if so.
Do i think it's really aliens? No. Do I think black projects that have been going on for decades and have been holding back tech, have just been exposed and are really wishing they werent? Sure do.
This makes no sense as a distraction.

Personally, considering they have being patholigically lying for almost a century about any kind of UFO, I am very skeptical of it. It could be a massive distraction that it is massively failing in my opinion.

Been occasional "flashes" of them reporting on Biden's blunders before, though since election season is coming up and Zombie Joe's not getting any younger, it'd make sense for them to toss him under the boss for outliving his usefulness. Of course, they'll still append their usual "But Drumpf!" disclaimer, now that he's running again and has so much farcical legal drama surrounding him.
