I've NEVER got into cloud storage because I could foresee stuff like this coming.

Another thing I was called a conspiracy theorist for....another vindication.

Man, big tech isn't even pretending to give a damn anymore.

1984. Thought police. Probably making lists of problematic people the feds might want to look at. First amendment doesn't apply to companies.

I miss not being in a dystopia. It was nice...
I'm ready to tear down an dismantle big tech. We think we need it, but we don't.

>emotional harm to individuals
Oh my, the LGBT lobby is going to have fun with this one.

Also protip - if you want to go around such silly measures for some reason, compress the document with any non-storage compression by a common program like winrar or 7zip. With a password if you want to be absolutely sure, but the bots probably won't spend large amounts of computing power to unpack all compressed archives hosted on Google Drive to then scan them.
Of course you can also send such compressed documents to other people.

Google drive is useful.
Of course they fjck around with it.

I can't wait for what they are doing gets shut diwn by SCOTUS, at least I hope so
What if the ultimate end result is a pop-up that asks if you're in the USA, and takes you back to the home screen if you say yes?

we will be the first against the wall but you will be second Megadeath and it will be your friends who pull the trigger.
Lol, dramatic much? There's a teensy gap between a tech company deciding it's not worth the hassle to provide their service, and the outright execution of political dissenters.

A good guide to how to fight this war we're in now... Hopefully without violence.
Every conservative should read this article. ESPECIALLY those in power.

Abigail Shrier might be leading the new republican charge if this article gains steam, because those in power have to realize by now that THEYRE LOSING. and have been for DECADES. The culture war is LOST. It's going to take a lot of work to fight back.

And without mentioning it until the end, it actually sort of summed up what I disliked about Trump, while showing what I view to be the right path.

I voted Trump, I liked that he was an attack dog, but I thought he was kinda too much on the "chest thumping," side. Which is satisfying to us, other right wingers and anti-wokes, but it doesn't win arguments. We like to watch the lefties get owned, but we need to win arguments and minds. The simple chest thumping on it's own isn't enough.

Then on the other side, she addresses the "aww shucks" David French types. Who are arguably, even worse than the chest thumpers. They just want to write papers, look intellectual, and let the left trounce all over them. They're tereified of being tarred with lefty attack terms. They're fucking pussies.

The answer is in the middle ground of these two. Which is where I think people like Desantis fit in. Willing to be Stern, willing to fight back, but also making solid arguments and points, and Not just chest thumping. And not wasting time trying to fit the mold, and appeal to the lefty language, because the language is intended to confuse. We don't need their language. We have a language. Use Clear spoken English and be stern and forthright, without the need to necessarily be insulting.

That's what will win things back for us.

Desantis 2024 please.

And now I need to go start digging into what Rufo has been up to

David French is a comprador conservative. His only role to find excuses for conservatives to do nothing.

His type are as bad as the left for exactly that reason.

I also like how she mentioned conservatives need to give up on the free market ideals.

Look, these are nice ideals for the most part, which I share, but when you have institutions indoctrinating children and big tech carrying out massive censorship campaigns, you need to start breaking things, free market be damned.

I love this article so much I need to make another post.

I'm seeing this all over. Semantics arguments over definitions.

You talk about how you're anti CRT in schools. Next thing you know a lefty Is like "can you even definite CRT?"

Suddenly it's an argument about definitions. Guess what? You just handed them a win.

The proper response is along the lines of "you know what I'm talking about and I'm not playing the definition game," because the ever revolving door of definition changes is one of the left's weapons. We need to STOP PLAYING THAT GAME. Keep pushing the point. They know what you mean, they're trying to shift the argument to something else. We need to stop giving that to them.

Intellectuals in particular get stuck on these points.

The other is trying to play their victim game. Which the chest thumpers do. The best example I can think of was the super straight movement. Look, that was hilarious and awesome to watch. But it didn't win a single heart or mind, because we aren't going to ever win the victim-hood game, because it's disingenous, even if it's fun to take jabs at them.

The free market is a means to an end, thats it. Pre cold war conservatives never fetishized free markets and were often quite skeptical of unchecked capitalism because of its socially corrosive effects. Old conservatives despised communism because of its aggressive materialism, cultural vandalism and murderousness, not neccessarily because of muh free markets.

Yeah, dont play the definition game. Stuff like CRT is vaguely defined precisely for this reason. Whenever people play the definition game with me, i throw it back in their face and say "I will define that if you can define for me what a puddle is"

The fact is, the right needs to create its own definitions.
