Remember Trump's "they're after you but I'm in their way"
Yeah...he wasn't wrong

What if the ultimate end result is a pop-up that asks if you're in the USA, and takes you back to the home screen if you say yes?Google drive is useful.
Of course they fjck around with it.
I can't wait for what they are doing gets shut diwn by SCOTUS, at least I hope so

Lol, dramatic much? There's a teensy gap between a tech company deciding it's not worth the hassle to provide their service, and the outright execution of political dissenters.we will be the first against the wall but you will be second Megadeath and it will be your friends who pull the trigger.
Every conservative should read this article. ESPECIALLY those in power.Want to Save America? Don't Act Like a Conservative
Chest-Thumpers and ‘Aw, Shucks’ Conservatives Personify the Right’s Love Affair with Losingabigailshrier.substack.com
A good guide to how to fight this war we're in now... Hopefully without violence.
Every conservative should read this article.
And without mentioning it until the end, it actually sort of summed up what I disliked about Trump, while showing what I view to be the right path.
I voted Trump, I liked that he was an attack dog, but I thought he was kinda too much on the "chest thumping," side. Which is satisfying to us, other right wingers, but it doesn't win arguments. We like to watch the lefties get owned, but we need to win arguments and minds. The simple chest thumping on it's own isn't enough.
Then on the other side, she addresses the "aww shucks" David French types. Who are arguably, even worse than the chest thumpers. They just want to write papers, look intellectual, and let the left trounce all over them.
The answer is in the middle ground of these two. Which is where I think people like Desantis fit in. Willing to be Stern, willing to fight back, but also making solid arguments and points. Not just chest thumping. And not wasting time trying to fit the mold and appeal to the lefty language. Clear spoken and stern, without the need to necessarily be insulting.
That's what will win things back for us.
Desantis 2024 please.
His type are as bad as the left for exactly that reason.David French is a comprador conservative. His only role to find excuses for conservatives to do nothing.
His type are as bad as the left for exactly that reason.
I also like how she mentioned conservatives need to give up on the free market ideals.
Look, these are nice ideals for the most part, which I share, but when you have institutions indoctrinating children and big tech carrying out massive censorship campaigns, you need to start breaking things, free market be damned.
I love this article so much I need to make another post.
I'm seeing this all over. Semantics arguments over definitions.
You talk about how you're anti CRT in schools. Next thing you know a lefty Is like "can you even definite CRT?"
Suddenly it's an argument about definitions. Guess what? You just handed them a win.
The proper response is along the lines of "you know what I'm talking about and I'm not playing the definition game," because the ever revolving door of definition changes is one of the left's weapons. We need to STOP PLAYING THAT GAME. Keep pushing the point. They know what you mean, they're trying to shift the argument to something else. We need to stop giving that to them.
Intellectuals in particular get stuck on these points.
The other is trying to play their victim game. Which the chest thumpers do. The best example I can think of was the super straight movement. Look, that was hilarious and awesome to watch. But it didn't win a single heart or mind, because we aren't going to ever win the victim-hood game, because it's disingenous, even if it's fun to take jabs at them.
