If you think they won't demonize the next republican just as much as Trump, I've got a bridge to sell you. Whoever the next guy is will be Hitler/racist/racist/sexist/etc. He will face the same exact shit as trump. The media will run cover for the Dems and shit on the republican, and the lefties in america will all vote for the democrat because "well at least he's not THAT guy."
And do you know how we stop that? We don't let them run amock with he media without giving our own facts
They add "fact checks," shadow ban and hide those posts on social media and outright ban the louder voices, demonetize them on YouTube and then band together to take our competitors (see: parler)
They'll say what they want and we can't stop them. They'll hide our voices. They'll be utterly blatant about it....and instead of changing their minds, the left will cheer it on.
All those people who voted Biden are voting for the next democrat too.
What we can (have to) do, is widen our tent and try to pull in more voters. Hopefully someone more charismatic than trump can pull it off.
Media is on the decline. FOr instance, Steven Crowder had more people watching his election stream then MSMs... We need to realize without Trump in office, MSM will die.

Crowder is one crass statement away from losing his channel, while the left can lie on live tv and doctor evidence in an impeachment and face NO consequences.
The alternative media is on platforms ran by the radical left. They're allowed to talk...for now. The big tech has already shown they'll make moves to silence people when they want.
The radical left has control over the scientific institutions, academia, government, mainstream media and big tech.
As soon as someone threatens their monopoly on power, that person will be gone.
he has been monetized by Youtube again, and has basically proven, they cant cencor someone if they are willing to fight back, which Crowder did. He is already fighting back against FB.
Guess what, there is already a threat to that power. It iscalled the working class. it is called newer growing generation that decides to not go to a four year nothing degree and go to tech school. It is this group that is growing heavily.
None of this means that those lefty voters aren't going to just vote for whatever democrat runs next, which was the point we started with

We really don't. This is something that plays out over and over and over again. Before Trump, Mitt Romney was a Nazi, before Romney, John Mcain was evil, before that George Bush was a war criminal.
The next republican will be a white supremacist, conspiracy theorist, misogynistic Nazi with rape allegations, and the democrat will be the hero to save the people from evil.
I don't need to wait and see.

In these next four years we will see how the media is doing, same with social media.

We will probably see more traditional media adapt to the times. We already are seeing a lot of that. They'll start streaming on youtube/hulu etc, they'll release a bunch of short clips on youtube.
They'll do exactly what the alternative media does. But they won't go away and they'll still be all over TV.
Besides the fact MSM is dropping in ratings? One of thier usual biggest nights was overshadowed by a comedian? They are literally dropping in viewership. Rapidly. And since the big bad Trump is out of office, they are going to suffer these four years worse then they have before.
Their ratings are indeed dropping, which is why I predict they will continue to jump in and use the same format as the alternative media. They're already starting to follow that model to a degree. You see a lot more youtube streams and clips these days.
That and once they have a new person to freak everyone out over, ratings will go back up.
And I anticipate big tech will start to crack down on the independent journalists out there too. Didn't Tim Pool just catch a ban on one of them last week?
Less than two months ago, all these companies got together and banned the sitting president of the United States, along with a mass ban of thousands of other people, along with a coordinated takedown of alternative platforms.
The radical left controls the dissemination of information. These right wing youtubers are on there because youtube is allowing them to be. For now.

What he said is a bit more complicated than the headline for the article portrays it as being, but it's still pretty bad. He's basically admitting he's trying to bend over backwards to accommodate the CCP, and only feels constrained by the fact that the American people might try to oust him from power for doing so. Then he goes on to state that his America will always be there to wag its finger disapprovingly at what China is doing, but implies it will never do more than that.
Seriously; this is the sort of weaselly political speech some people think was lacking in Trump's presidency? It's like they want to be conned into thinking everything is okay, even if that's clearly not true.
I really don't understand why this has become a cause celebre among Americans; it seems like a very astroturfed issue, along with the Anti-China sentiment in general.
