No. Focus on this. Don't relent. Don't give up. This election itself may be lost, but AZ needs to be held accountable, and not allowed to do this AGAIN.

yeah no. if this is what you get from AZ unless substantial bipartisan efforts go towards fixing this fuck up there is no letting it go. this is bad enough that they should do a reelection if they care about the appearance of legitimacy.
Absolutely. And I'd be saying the same if the republicans won under the same circumstances.
This is outright unacceptable. It doesn't even prove that cheating went one way or the other. But it proves that nearly half the votes in a sample were fucked up, and demonstrates some major fucking chain of custody issues.
This is not acceptable regardless of whether the election was certified or not, or who won, or who gets sworn in.
One simply can not trust the election system if shit like this happens.
And yet court cases are still onoing, and if the issue with bad ballots is as bad as the random sample showed, then there could easily be an order to toss out the results of the election and redue it.
Of course you would know that if you actually read the thread(s), rather than most making bait posts and mostly ignoring the replies or trying to change the topic.

NE Governor Jim Pillen (R) appointed former NE Governor Pete Ricketts (R) to the US Senate seat of former United States Senator Ben Sasse (R-NE).
Special election will be in 2024. If Ricketts is successful, he'll be up for reelection to full 6-year term in 2026.

they won't overturn the election at this point but if they can keep this in the public conscious in AZ that will be a win. the ruling in the last cour was bullshit though. they proved what went wrong had to have been done intentionally. they proved it effected more than enough people. court still tries to punt because the case is too hot.
