The quote in the form of "it is difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary depends upon his not understanding it" originates with Upton Sinclair, famous muckraker and less famous socialist failed politician.
There were others, of course, who had expressed more or less similar opinions, such as William Jennings Bryan with "it is useless to argue with a man whose opinion is based on a personal or pecuniary interest; the only way to deal with him is to outvote him."

Another win for the conspiracy theorists.
There are conspiracy theorists and "conspiracy theorists".
"Conspiracy theorists" were those who disagreed with the narrative being pushed, had basic pattern recognition skills, and weren't duped by what were essentially government and corporate lies. They were basically ostracized and persecuted for not drinking the kool-aid that the rest of the sheeple partook in.
This was also us here on this site.
The Almighty Dollar, of course.
Nevermind that it's going to collectively kill millions world-wide, but execs and politicians gotta have those new Royces, yachts, hookers and blow, right? Nevermind that it's mankind's first genetic disaster that could affect our entire fucking species only god knows how much.

This is just the FDA saying "stop using the ones meant only for one strain, use the ones covering both original and omicron".
Of course you have morons in the comments saying "but the Vaxx prevented over a million deaths!" and "the birth-control pill is 4x higher for DVT deaths!".

The whole situation is driven by the pharma corpos and Bridgen got kicked out of the Conservative party because he compared the forced vaxxing to the holocaust.
Fun little fact, the current leader of the Conservative party is invested in Moderna.
He also goes in the new bullshit about the WHO getting more power and comparing it to the Brussels Eurocracy, and saying it is even worse.

The companies knew the risks and damage the vax posed to infants and pregnant women, and still pushed hard to vax them.
This was corpo-greed and possible de-population agenda actions, and the people who knew and hid it should be sued into the ground.
