I think Trump is increasingly disconnected from how his base feels about the vax's, or just doesn't care because it massages his ego and pride.

Trump lives in his world. I doubt very much that he cares at all how he looks when he says anything. So long as it keeps his name on people's minds it's doing its job. Trump knows damn well if he doesn't keep himself relevant he has absolutely no chance at reelection come 2024 which is of course his goal.

I know time can do things to how people think but I just don't see how a little over two years is going to see him go from being one of our greatest failings to a person worthy of even running. But I'll take a wait-and-see mindset. Trump may get his act together by 2024.

I'm fine with him taking credit for the vax getting made.

He just needs to be aware they are going to try and pin blame on him for everything bad associated with them, like the dems mandates and vax passes and eternal boosters and the side effects that are much worse than they are telling us.

Overall he would assuredly be better off if he distanced himself from the vax as much as possible but Trump is going to claim credit he sees as his due I guess.

Trump's ego was an asset in the private world, and it let him dominate in the GOP primary in 2016.

However, his ego was also why he had issues, because he kept causing/contributing to a lot of petty, stupid nitpicking arguments that were most about his pride, not anything of substance. It's also caused his campaign and political funds people to get rather...aggressive and callous in how they ask for/demand donations/participation in Trump's new social media stuff. They could not even be arse to cross check email vs phone vs text stuff during the election, to see if they were double/triple dipping on a person the same day, using nearly the exact same message, just in different forms.

Now, his ego and election year politics pushed him to rush vax's that have proven questionably effective at best, have been racking up adverse side-effects left and right, and Trump cannot admit he may have made a mistake rushing the vax's when therapeutics were available, and effective, as he himself noted several times in relation to HCQ and regeron, not to mention mono-clonal anti-body treatments.

Trump's ego and pride are his biggest failings, and he has likely doomed many of his base and America in general to a very fucked up future, because he could not/cannot man up and admit he made a mistake rushing the vax's. Those take years or decades to make and test for a reason.

There are reasons I want DeSantis on the GOP ticket in 2024, and not Trump, and the vax issue plus Trump's ego/pride are a big part of it. I haven't forgotten this is the same man who once tried to trademark the phrase 'You're fired.'

True he has to be the one taking all the credit. It's just the way people like him are. But if he gets people to get their shots then by all means let him take it all the live-long day.

But I wouldn't mind if he would just opt out of trying to act like he's a politician. He would be better going back to what he does best. Buying up properties and then claiming bankruptcy later on when whatever he puts on the land fails in some way.

Trump has skills I'll give the man that much. He has some idea on how to buy and sell things to make him big piles of cash. But he just doesn't have the skills one needs to be a leader of a nation. He once saluted a North Korean general. Even the guy ruling them was like WTF is this man doing. Trump's time in office had its highs and lows. It just wasn't for the reasons he likely thinks there are.

The average voter in the US doesn't think ahead and only looks ahead to what they think will immediately benefit them and that is the truth

Sadly this is true. Nowadays people vote not for who is the best person for the job. But by what party that person is under. This is no way to vote for the next president of the United States at all. If we don't start looking for the best people no matter the side we will soon find ourselves asking ourselves how we allowed our nation to fall.

Don't vote based on if he/she is Republican, Democrat, or an independent vote for the best person for the job, and if none exist maybe think of running yourself. God knows we could use some younger people in our government. Some of the people making laws have been in power for 50+ years.

Like I asked him what about all the other issues and hes just like "this affects my bottoms line I don't give a fuck about anything else" Just drives home the real truth that this bullshit is all driven by short sighted selfishness

You said we've repeatedly gotten past this step, but have we?
Yes and no. One person publishes something against the narrative is easily gaslit and censored out of existence except on lesser known sites.

Hundreds, brings the full weight of the misinformation machine and they are actively character assassinated and Fauci comes out in a media blitz.

Thousands, the media narrative begins cracking and the deep state starts full out police state actions to crush the revolt.

Tens of thousands, full blown collapse of the narrative followed by violence.

We are in part 3. It's going to get worse before the Covid Tyranny comes down. The Deep State has sunk too much into their naked power grab to back down.

Seems others realized the implications of what Biden said as well.

They just suck off to Trump so much they cannot admit that the objective truth is that Trump does own the vax's, even if Biden is the one who went crazy with mandates and such over them.

Not surprised the media is silent on something like that. They have gone out of thier way to ignore the connections between NIH and Wuhan.

the omicron death is confirmed to be a "with covid" rather than "from covid" death

Most "Covid Deaths," are "with Covid" to begin with. You have to take an instantly fatal viral load to die from Covid. Vast mjority of cases it is secondary infections or comorbidities that in combination which kills. This is why you have to utilize aggressive early treatment before a person goes critical, and escalate clinically.

This is the route the majority of the 3rd world went and they crushed the virus spread and lowered hospitalizations and deaths by a substantial margin. The Malarial States of Africa practically have near zero Covid cases, it just isn't a thing because everyone takes HCQ and is viewed as the cold. Amazingly, Gaza Strip has had no deaths from Covid despite having a non-functioning infrastructure. West Bank has a lower case count and less deaths than Israel which is vaccinating itself to death.

As a believer in Empirical Evidence Based Medicine, its clear the "vaccines" are a failure and the worst self-inflicted medical disaster in history.

No, the more he does this the more the left ALSO won't take the vax because it is Trumps vax, basically making neither side want it

Except that's not at all how things are actually going.

Instead the Left is giving Trump credit for it because 1) it's objectively true, 2) Trump himself cannot shut up about it, 3) the Left know Trump's base is not really with him on this and it is fracturing his base, 4) Trump will not address the adverse reactions, same as the Left, so they do not worry about him bringing it up, and 5) if they have to ditch the vax's for being ineffective crap, they can rightly shift the blame to the man who rushed thier production.

Trump is his own worst enemy in this regard, don't try to give him credit for trying some stupid reverse psychology trick when that is not even close to what's happening.

The best thing Trump could do now is either never talk about the vax's again, or admit they are doing more harm than good due to adverse reactions; but he will do neither, and that's why more and more people on the Right will be moving past him.

He was a bull in China shop that caused a lot of Leftist masks to drop, but his rushed vaxs are going to do lasting damage to a large portion of this country and his ego/pride won't let Trump admit he fucked up.

He is proud to be able to get the vax out as soon as possible.
Hebshould be. He isn't for mandates and that alone makes up for it.

It's 99.9999999% #3 and #5.
