China Wuhan Virus Pandemic

I think this matter is going to reach SCOTUS, or at least be stayed by SCOTUS till they can address it, fairly soon, due to the fact that 2 separate circuit courts have reached 2 different conclusions as to the Constitutionality of the vax mandate bullshit.

Though I have less hope than I'd like that SCOTUS will rule in the favor of sanity, after the NY case ruling. I hope and pray they come down against it and slowly chip away at the rest of the madness.

Does the mandate include boosters, or is it just the first vaccine? I got the first shot but I've decided to not get a booster. I don't trust them anymore after all the bullshit.

There is no 'one shot' option to the people pushing the Wu Flu shot; it's a subscription service and if you aren't up to date, you may as well be one of us filthy unjabbed.

So OHSA is lining up to fine companies starting on January 10th. Not going to lie - I'm getting worried.
I look forward to them trying.

The order legally went into effect on December 17th, it takes six weeks to become "fully vaccinated". Which means it's physically impossible for people to meat the January 4th deadline. And that means the courts are going to Fourth Amendment bitch slap them off the floor if OSHA actually tries to fine people.

That won't stop companies forcing it just to avoid getting fined. Even if they don't agree with it themselves, pretty much anyone other than the mega-corporations can't afford to go to court over it and will just go along with it and fire employees who won't comply. Especially in a state like mine. Hell, my legislature had an emergency session and passed some kind of a law, but it completely fails at protecting employees from any kind of a vax mandate, because they can't bring themselves to "interfere" with how any business decides to run itself. You can point out that there are already laws like that on the books because it's not like companies can just do whatever the fuck they want, and they already made it so companies can't force customers to wear masks, but for some reason this is somehow different. It's pretty clear that no one in power in my state takes the deadly side-effects of this vaccine seriously.

Companies literally can't force it even if they want to...

Because it's not physically possibly to get fully vaccinated in the two and a half weeks left between now and January 4th.

Which means their only choices are "Get Fined" and "Legal Challenge".

Unless the Democrats try to pull a dirty (let's face it, they'll try something -- hell, I wouldn't be too shocked if they planned it so that companies would be fined because they want to squeeze as much blood as they can out of the stones as possible), yeah: They fucked up massively here.

Then again, unless there's a malicious motive behind it (such as the above), Democrats and their cronies are stereotyped as being completely incompetent for a reason: This may just be another example of it.

The problem for corperate america is that they jumped ship during trump because they essentally threw a temper tantrum so their choices are either seize control of the democratic party. Go crawling back to the republicans who they pissed off and thus will not have as prominant position, fail to gain control and become the money pigs of the democratic party or have no friends at all.

Id feel more pity if they didn't do it to themselves.

New York Legislation Provides for Indefinite Detention of Unvaccinated at Governor’s Whim

On January 5th, 2022, the New York Senate and Assembly will vote on a bill that would, if passed into law, grant permissions to remove and detain cases, contacts, carriers, or anyone suspected of presenting a “significant threat to public health” and remove them from public life on an indefinite basis.

Bill A416 presents a serious risk to the basic liberties of all Americans in the state of New York, including their right to choose whether or not to receive medical treatment and vaccinations related to thus far undetermined contagious diseases.

The bill gives the Governor of New York, his or her delegates – including but not limited to the commissioner and heads of local health departments – the right to remove and detain any individuals or groups of people through issuing a single order. The orders only have to include the individual’s name(s) or “reasonably specific descriptions of the individuals or groups.”

The department can decide to hold a person or group of people in a medical facility or any other they deem appropriate. The language is purposefully vague.

Though the bill attempts to state that no one shall be held for more than 60 days, the language allows for court orders to waive this maximum detention time. After 60 days, the court is allowed an additional 90 days to consider the detention of an individual, a cycle that can last indefinitely per the opinion of the department.

It goes on to state that the Bill will “require an individual who has been exposed to or infected by a contagious disease to complete an appropriate, prescribed course of treatment, preventive medication or vaccination,” essentially giving the government the right to detain anyone they want and forcibly vaccinate them.

As the language of the bill refers to individuals or groups who “potentially” pose a threat, the bill is a preemptive strike against anyone the the department believes has the capacity to “pose a threat in the future, such as those refusing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination.

There is no explicit reference to what types of contagious diseases qualify a person to be removed from public life, detained in a facility, and forced into medical treatment and vaccination. Anyone can technically be held in isolation until they are deemed non-contagious, which would also raise questions over whether those carrying HIV/AIDS could be released back into society.

The bill has received an overwhelmingly negative response on the NY Senate website. Commenters have stated that, “this is disturbing and sets up a terrible precedent for future law. The governor can basically detain whoever [he/she] likes on the basis of scanty evidence. This is un-American. It reminiscent of the Soviet Union locking up political opponents on the basis that they were “mentally unstable”. We CANNOT allow this in our state.”

“This is a violation of fundamental human rights. The government should be working for the people, not locking them up without cause.”

Others have noted the similarities between this bill and the Australian response to COVID-19. Australia has built a number of COVID “quarantine facilities” that can hold 1000s of people at any given time.

The language of Bill A416 can guarantee that Americans, whether they test positive for COVID or any other diseases, are held indefinitely at such facilities.

You can read the full bill here.
