Check the post in your quote box; I managed to sneak in the edit at exactly the right moment, just as planned.
So you're 'plan' was to make one post, wait until I was about to respond to the inaccuracy you posted, then change it, and try to 'gatcha' me...🤨

It was a joke, dude. If I could really calculate the window of time after you had seen my post but before you had quoted it, I would be making a lot more money than I am.

Now, please direct me to the information you used to conclude that more young people are dying of the vaccine than of the disease.

Shit's there, the links are there, and guess what, Twitter and what happens there matters, whether you like it or not.

From what I've seen, it's not just a 'horse med', it's just easiest form to get IVC in is a paste for use with horses.

It has legit uses with humans, it's just hard to get the script for it because it's not a...'usual' candidate for that kind of illness/issue, when other stuff usually works fine.

I think they were looking at general anti-virals/anti-parasitics of a broad type after is was shown HCQ could be successful as a therapeutic, and found that IVC helps too.

@Rocinante had a lot of the good links and info regarding IVC.

Guys, you all know that I have criticism levied against the vaccine; that I think it's dangerous and ineffective. You all know that I completely do not believe anything scientists or medical professionals say now because, as proven multiple times over the last two/three years, they've become politicized at best (especially when they blame it on Trump, which is sort of hilarious given the hypocrisy of many people's tweets in one year), motivated by other factors (such as greed) at worst.

I don't trust the various governments: It's obvious that they're using this to put into action their 1984-esque plans. They turned their populations against one another to the point where the pro-vaxers act like the fucking Nazis did with Jews in the lead up to the Second World War (especially Australia and New Zealand!).

People now leap away from other people if they aren't wearing a mask, which are completely ineffectual unless they're the type you see in medical labs -- cloth and commercial masks are fucking placebos. But, no: No mask? You're Dracula. Or they're Dracula, and you have garlic or a crucifix.

They conflate anyone who has criticisms of the vaccine as being one of these batshit crazy anti-vaxers that believe vaccines on the whole are poisoning people, or causing autism, or are implanting people with fucking microchips.

When someone anecdotally says something about side-effects affecting them or their loved ones? I'd tend to believe them because it's matching up to a broader pattern that's emerging.

But, some people here are starting to go into the batshit crazy, far-right stereotype territory here in the last few pages: Others, on the other hand, still blindly believe whatever is being put in front of them from biased agencies, governments, and organizations like it's religious gospel.

Just relax a bit, yeah?

I've been out of the loop for a couple of... well, for a long time. I got kinda stressed about the internet and decided to stick with talking with people IRL for a while.

So... Since I've popped back online, I keep seeing references to something and I have a question.

What the fuck is ivermectin? And why are people on the left suddenly obsessed with making fun of it?

What's the sitch?

The left hates anything that goes against Biden , their messiah, or their chosen covid narrative. Only the vaccine can work, and it works 100% of the time, everyone else is doomed to die a horrific death and must be forced to take it, even if we have to put them in camps to do it. (it sounds like sarcasm but this is actually what is happening).

Ivermectin may or may not work , and in any other scenario no one would care, but it dares to threaten the sovereignty of the vaccine, so it has to go.

It's a medicine normally (I gather) used as an anti-parasite drug on farm animals, but has also been used on humans prior to covid. Naturally, the comedians play this up as people taking horse medicine to avoid taking people medicine, which I suppose is funnier than hydroxychloroquine which was more clearly also people medicine.

In the hypothesis that it does not work (or has not been proven to work), and people are representing that it does work, that would be an area of legitimate concern, especially if there are other things people could be doing that are proven to work (which they then would not do because of their false confidence in the unproven treatment).

When everyone started talking about Ivermectin, I was actually surprised to recognize the name.

We used it regularly to treat our cattle for flies/parasites, and it never seemed like a big deal to me.

I remember liking the bottle we bought ours in though, it was clear and let you see the blue liquid inside.

Here's my first post on it

Not to mention, if IVE was recognized as a viable alternative, it destroys the justification for the Emergency Use Act that the FDA has been using to approve these vaccines.

IVE threatens money for big pharma, lobbyists, politicians and government agencies.

It's the biggest threat to their money. So they're going all in to fight it, despite the fact that there've been many studies, all pointing in the same direction: IVE works against COVID-19. As a prophylactic, as therapy to reduce infection and symptom duration, and it even alleviates symptoms for long-haulers who have long since had the virus leave their system but have lingering symptoms.

There was a study done on Brazil where NO one on ivermectin was infected with covid, while the majority of their control group working in the same conditions (front line hospital work,) all became infected.

Japan has recently coined it a wonder drug, and has shown outstanding results.

It's 100x cheaper than vaccines, and it works to treat literally all stages of covid-19 INCLUDING prevention of infection in the first place.

By some of the numbers shown, we could have used IVE to drive covid to extinction by now

Here's a link to 63 studies, 44 of which have been peer reviewed.

I'm also internet famous on Reddit (lol) for making the "most controversial post on the entire site" which is determined by up/downvote ratios, addressing the horse paste meme. This reddit has been totally overrun by trolls, they are attached to the vaccine at religious levels at this point. Can't even consider other alternatives. r/ivermectin used to be a good place to get into. Now it's all trolls

Yes, it is used as horse dewormer.

If we ignore the facts that it's a Nobel Prize winning drug that is on the WHO's essential medications list and was developed for human use in the 70s, and go by the logic that we shouldn't use it on people because it's horse dewormer...well, they give Albuterol to animals. Let's stop giving inhalers to people with asthma.

We give animals, including horses antibiotics. Let's stop giving antibiotics to people.

We give animals benadryl. Let's stop giving humans with allergies antihistamines.

We give miralax to animals. Better stop treating constipated people.

We give pepcid to animals. I hope you don't get indigestion or heartburn.

Some animals get Omeprazole. Again. Hope you don't get heartburn.

Hope you don't need lomitol either.

I hope you're not one to get motion sickness either. Because they give Dramamine to animals too, so no more motion sickness pills.

Dry eyes? Oh fuck they give saline eye drops to animals too, better not use them.

Or in other words, just because it also gets used for horses, doesn't mean it doesn't have uses for humans. This horse dewormer line is misinformation intended to obfuscate the discussion, perpetuated by bots and trolls.
