China Wuhan Virus Pandemic

Nope, forgot to include the article link!

Lisbon court rules only 0.9% of ‘verified cases’ died of COVID, numbering 152, not 17,000 claimed
And this folks is why you don't use google translate to read court documents.

The 152 deaths were from that day specifically.

Now that the claim itself has been thoroughly debunked I can move on to criticizing the source. Because it amazes me that you think America Front Line Doctors is any better then 4chan as a source given such lie filled gems as "Are vaccine deaths now exceeding COVID deaths?" and "VAERS: More died after COVID shot in 4 months than from all vaccines combined in 15 years between 1997-2013".

Well now, the more you know.

Why.

Why the actual fuck would you do that, China?

"4 Science" just doesn't cut it.

Oh, some guy at UNC Chapel Hill was also doing that sort of stuff up until NIH told them to knock it the fuck off due to the potential health hazard (although it looks like Fauci or his boss quietly gave the OK to continue anyway…)

As for your actual question, basically yes, “For SCIENCE” is more or less the reason. The long answer is, for whatever reason, virologists around the world wanted to head off something like SARS from 2003. So…they created these viruses that are particularly deadly to humans in an attempt to come up with a way to fight them. Except…that didn’t actually work, because viruses are shifty things and very difficult to fight. Not to mention these people sit in labs all day and don’t give a thought to things like the wider world. Besides, they’re S-M-R-T SMART and therefore, there’s nothing to worry about!

They were so obsessed with whether they could, they didn’t stop to consider whether they should. Not that that is unique to China or America.

Well, there were still sporadic cases of Spanish Flu right up until the 1950s. And still occasional cases (including fatal ones) of the OG Plague right up till today in the USA.

Not surprised, really. As far as the plague goes, yeah, Badlands National Park had those yellow warning signs. And that’s another instance of public health officials falling down on the job and screwing the rest of us…

Who'd have thought that Jurassic Park of all things would be able to describe the core malady of our current society. Because that doesn't just apply to the scientists, it also rings true for the social engineers who want to micromanage a perfect world into existence.

At least Jurassic Park’s timeline gets dinosaurs...and they’re much easier to kill/avoid then viruses.

Hubris is a hell of a drug…

Seriously, though, yes. Humans are an innately curious bunch and like to poke around doing weird things, and as we as a species are kind of dumb like that. Sometimes it works, like when we develop new power sources or come up with things like industrialization, but other times…

Probably the worst offenders are the ones who overestimate their intelligence. Sure, they may have more knowledge of a particular subject…but I’m also fairly confident they’d have no fucking clue how to deal with a large group of people. The whole “ivory tower” mentality in action, if you will…

The problem with the Wuhan lab wasn't what they were doing.

It was that they were doing it in a lab who's security standards were way below what they are supposed to be to do that sort of thing.

Well he's not wrong; it's in the ecosystem now, and will probably never truly go away.

The truth is that any chance of keeping this from becoming endemic was lost when China allowed infected people to travel abroad while lying about the lab.
Eventually we'll be able to get rid of it permanently, but probably not until medical science advances to the point where it takes out a lot of other things too; like cancer, and aging.

I trust you know where the launch button is?

so the obvious answer is to demand reparations from the ones responsible for spreading said virus (CCP), but the democrats are a bunch of commie influenced pussies who won't do whats needed to weaken our foreign enemies.

Comrade
....mother-fucker.

I'm going to point out that this is completely normal. All publicly traded corporations are required to have a board of directors elected by the shareholders, consisting of a mix of inside directors who are employees of the corporation (typically senior executives) and outside directors who are independent of the corporation. Outside directors always do something else as their actual full time job, since the amount of compensation they receive for the director position is limited to minor reimbursement for time and expenses.
