I think that implanted microchips are already here in essence. Trackimg and traces on people's phones, vaccine passports, and CBDCs (Central Bank Digital Currencies) already accomplish everything that a microchip could ever be nefariously designed for.

I wouldn't be surprised by any of that being true, except the 'second great depression was going to happen anyway' bit.

The economy was running along fine till the lockdowns happened.

That bit...well, because people can always just stop using, or leave a phone behind.

Cannot do that, or do it easily, with a chip under your skin.

Makes tracking potential disedents easier, too, and unique identifiers hooked to the chips make disguising yourself in a crowd harder as well.

Yes, phone's are almost tied to some people these days.

However this is not about the 'now', it is about a future where the US gov may want to be able to easily electronically track people who aren't near thier phones, or aren't using them.

I'm not convinced there's microchips in the shots, mostly because the cost of said microchips would probably be very hard to hide in the vaccine production budgets and their reliability could not be guaranteed long term.

However I do understand the logic and concerns of those worried about chips in the shots.

I think it would have happened to some degree, what between the Boomers all set to retire, the Global Credit Crunch and China coming undone. 2020 just poured more fuel on the fire.

The same reason smart insurgents don't take thier iPhone's into the hideouts or workshops they are using.

A phone or tracker that can be dropped, left, or abandoned easily isn't worth much. A tracker that the target doesn't know is there and is hard to remove is much more friendly to the people doing the tracking.

actually that part was true 2021 is the last year before the boomers retire en mass.

That means the global credit glut we have had for roughly 30 years or so ends and becomes a global credit crunch. Because most of europe, much of asia, and a good part of the third world didn't have enough kids to create a replacement generation to pay for the boomers retirement.

There are no good options for the global elite to this problem it is structurally baked into the system.
