Literally everbody taking part in The Witcher School looks better.I dunno about that, but polish cosplayers who perform as kinghts certainly look better.
I'm actually rather certain that show has quite a significant budget. But then again The Witcher cost Netflix 10 million per episode and for the life of it I can't see where that money went. For it didn't go into costumes or sets, that's for sure!Well the thing is Amazon has no shits to give. They are going low budget lowest common denominator to try and maximize the big cash cow they hopefully see. Given how long the story is I hope they cut it down......12 books was too many.
14 for the full series (11 if you don't count Sanderson's contribution).Well the thing is Amazon has no shits to give. You don't understand; bad costumes and sets can often cost more than good ones. Usually because studio politics prevent them from shopping around for anything better.Literally everbody taking part in The Witcher School looks better.

There's always going to be someone foolish enough to sell their franchise for quick cash or in good faith...You know, I'm starting to see a potential silver lining in all of this; because eventually, once they've thoroughly corrupted and destroyed every single established franchise, they'll have nothing left to sell and the whole system will implode in on itself.

People, there's always going to someone going to make... remakes! There's always going to be someone foolish enough to sell their franchise for quick cash or in good faith...
Part of the reason Fan's took umbrage is because it turned out Smith lied about that as well.while he is apparently a fan of the He-Man franchise and knows a lot about it, is also a regressive leftist activist first and foremost. I think they mostly hired him to sit in the director's chair, and use his image as a "fellow geek" to do PR for the show.
Medieval jewish lesbian highchool drama with bad catholics. And roman pagan vampire persecuted by bad christians,so he must fed them to lions in genuine selfdefence. So Medieval Highschool Vampire drama when?
Or a period piece following the misadventures of a Roman Vampire?
I was looking at the Comedy aspect. Imagine a Roman Vampire with Blackadders personality trying to survive day to day. With the idiot Balderic and Hugh Lorry as the Emperor, he has mastered.
Make the bad mouse stop.Rocketeer is getting a Reboot.
Make the bad mouse stop.
Seriously. I don't care about anything else connected to it, because no matter the changes it's just going to be more nostalgia-bait nonsense that will do nothing original and have none of the charm of the original--none of the adventure-movie-ish serial tone*, and exist solely as a monetary bilking and attempt to inflate Disney+ (Ala Mulan).
*This I'm even more certain of because Jessica Jones was...not exactly a masterpiece. It functioned. I wouldn't trust meager competence to manage to recapture any element of the tone of the original...Hell, I wouldn't trust a talented writer to do it because trying to do it in the modern day would be even harder.
Rocketeer is a solid, fun movie. I watched the crap out of it on Betamax back in the day.
Let the pastdierest in peace, Disney!
