considering that we are on opposite sides of the political spectrum and want to live in different worlds I think you and I have a different opinion on what is considered societal issues and more so what is solving them. artificial wombs can be used for good, (it'd be one more nail in pro-choice arguments, but in this case, I can definitely see it being used for malicious purposes.
Artificial wombs won't alter the abortion debate too much unless removing a fetus from a woman's body and putting it in an artificial womb will be no more dangerous and no more invasive for a pregnant woman than an abortion pill is going to be.

Transwomen who want to get pregnant are probably very jealous of women with Swyer Syndrome.
Women with Swyer Syndrome are genetically male but were born physically female and are physically female in every way but one: the ovaries. They almost always have streak gonads instead. They can get pregnant with the assistance of hormones and an egg donor.
The almost always is because I'm aware of an instance where a DNA paternity test said that the child had a Y-chromosome that did not come from her father but that her X-chromosome did come from her father.
Maybe one woman in 80.000 has that. I doubt most of these tramstrenders have even heard of it.

Across the world if your a man and you fuck up your woman will make herself heard. Women have historically had quite a bit of power expecially in the home.

This is also true in other countries for example people who have actually married philipino women or korean women can very comfortably tell you that no they absolutely are not submissive doormats, and in Japan women control the finances and husbands are given an alloance to live on.
The relationship between men and women has historically had a lot of back and forth, with quite a few places traditionally splitting the world into public and private spheres with men dealing with the public stuff and women being in charge of the private. Of course all of this varies across time and space.
My problem with feminism is that it takes thousands of years of human history and says all of it was blanket opression of women by men. Which ignores a whole lot of nuance and womens agency.
Personally for me the feminist movement started out with a significant darkside which has only gotten worse with time with modern day feminists being essentally like the Klu Klux Klan. Where they dont really like women they just hate men.

Fair enough but let's not overcorrect thinking it's going to stop us from sinking. That just leads to a titanic. Every failure in human history has led us to this moment. regardless of who punched the hole in the wall, the fact of the matter is that there was enough of a structural integrity issue for a hole to be created in the first place. let's not create new holes because we are panic patching old ones.
I don't think there is any way to really stop society or western civilization to be exact from doing a titanic and having a bit of a mini collapse. I think there are just too many structural issues expecially with the political class to avoid it.
