A lawsuit has been filed in the Federal Court of Northern Mississippi by a group of former workers who are predominately African-American who worked for a living for Pitt Farms, an agricultural producer located in Sunflower County, Mississippi which is almost three quarters Black. Many of the workers, who have worked for the farm for most of their lives, and even followed their parents and grandparents on working for these growers, were fired and replaced by H2-A visa holders mostly from South Africa.

The H2-A program has expanded under the Biden Administration.

DHS: Sanctuary Orders Ensure 'Majority' of Illegals Are Not Deported

Mayorkas says "sanctuary country" orders will ensure that the "majority" of illegal aliens living in the United States are not deported.

In February, DHS officials issued initial orders that prevented ICE agents from arresting and deporting criminal illegal aliens unless they had been recently convicted of an aggravated felony or had been identified as a known gang member or terrorist.

Those initial orders are being challenged in federal court.

“The fact an individual is a removable noncitizen, therefore, should not alone be the basis of an enforcement action against them,” the new orders state.

The orders ask ICE agents to “not rely on the fact of conviction or the result of a database search alone” that may match an identified criminal illegal alien but rather “obtain and review the entire criminal and administrative record and other investigative information to learn of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the conduct at issue.”

ICE agents are instructed not to arrest and deport criminal illegal aliens unless they pose a “current threat to public safety.” The orders require ICE agents to factor in a number of reasons as to why a criminal illegal alien should not be arrested and deported.

It won't help, but Zach just wants more funding for LEOs and the military in general, so he doesn't care if it's not effective at actually changing anything, as long as people like him and other military/LEOs get pay raises.

He wants his Janissary pay from the Sultan's treasurer, and wants the rest of the Janissary's to be paid good as well, even if the paymasters are corrupt and unConstitutional.

The US military is loyal to it's paymasters, not the Constitution, these days and show exactly why the Founders did not want a standing army.

The entire Immigration management system needs more funding tbh.

Regardless of your opinion on how many of the people the press calls "asylum seekers" are actually seeking asylum, a judge sending a woman back to her home country to get shot by the people she was running from because the judge doesn't have the information to understand that the gang she was running from was nationwide because that's Central America and the judge has all of five minutes to decide how to handle this case or the judge gets fired is wrong.

Immigration Judges are the only Judges who can get fired, and they get fired if they don't handle enough of their case load, and they have WAAAAAAY too many cases, even with all the people who never show up to court.
