We're here to point out that the Left (and certain Right-wingers, on occasion) make terrible memes that totally defeat the purpose of meme-making. Long-ass texts, irrelevant images, all things you don't want in good humor that normal people find witty and amusing.
But hey, so long as you're posting these tut-tutting one-liners, why don't you take the time to enlighten us on what we're all missing here that only you can apparently see?

And, that wasn't the case here. There was a concise lead to the punchline, no fat, only meat; made from following the starting premise instead of resorting to mantras, non-sequitors, or violence. Gravedancing is normal around these topics, and not something that you're above, or I'm above, and I know this website's propensity for poorly veiled death threats (SEEING AS I WAS PERMANENTLY BANNED FOR CALLING ONE OUT). Factually or morally wrong content is not a failure to meme, why I posted the noble savage propaganda in the Offensive Memes discussion.

I think this was supposed to be some lib's imagined answer to 'What if the Business Plot actually happened?' I don't think it was even a real thing and would sooner believe that FDR cooked up the whole thing with Smedley Butler to build support for his administration, than that any even half-serious industrial tycoons would pitch their idea to coup the gov't and establish a corporatocracy to Butler on account of his public & well-known leftism, but I digress.
For whatever reason (personally I blame the Kaiserreich mod for Hearts of Iron), leftists with interest in the 1930s always seem to default onto making Douglas MacArthur the spearhead of any anti-democratic coup whether it's to establish a military junta, a corporatocracy, a Fascist regime, etc. even though the man's respect for democracy is well-documented and he was majorly responsible for the democratization of Japan after WW2. And even though there's other contemporary military figures who would serve that role far better, like George Van Horn Moseley or indeed Mac's own chief of staff at one point, Richard Sutherland (who Mac basically called an idiot for supporting a military autocracy). But then again, leftism does go hand in hand with strawmanning & historical illiteracy.
