It's always possible. The problem is the left is sometimes so bad at meming, they sometimes create memes that appear to actively be attacks on themselves.

Those are probably just "anime sharp teeth" its a common design style, to have slightly pointed teeths and the thing to not actually be or be about vampires. I have also seen people IRL that were probably not vampires that have canines like that.
