E-US fighter pilots are cybernetically enhanced for sure. Making their PA soldiers stronger outside of PA is kind of a waste though, as the whole reason PA enhances strength is that the suit's servos are doing the heavy lifting for you.

What about fev enhancements? If Frank horrigan is anything to go by you end up with a slew of MCU Caps.

It could still be useful for someone caught out of their armor. Like, imagine if some of their people were taken prisoner and surprised their captors with superhuman abilities. Plus whatever implants they might have.

I also kind of figured that if they solved the sterility issues that getting dosed with Perfected FEV would basically be their vaccinations.

Everyone being stronger, faster, tougher, smarter, and just on a genetic level being pre-disposed to having an amazing physique would be quite the boon. (Would also make NCR attempts to hold any theoretical captured territory pretty fucking hilarious.)

If the healing ones also work for disease, that would be very useful. Remember the FEV was made as a way of dealing with biological attacks on the US, the US will still have enemies so that could be very useful.

Plus, there could be new bioweapons

Thankfully they look to still be researching new technologies up to now, so could be dealt with in the future

Yes, the bacteria goes through natural selection. If the antibiotics kill 99.99% of bacteria what remains will spread and that is why overuse of antibiotics is a major concern.

Well that means the Chinese Ghost Fleet never made it back or simply can't get reloads I suppose. That and the pre-War launch sites got pounded to oblivion in the US return salvo. Since the submarine in Boston Harbor managed to survive the centuries I was wondering if Chinese would show up with the largest remaining submarine fleet in the world. I mean if anything could survive a nuclear exchange a high tech stealth sub would be it.
