Given Russia/USSR has a tendency to be ahead of the curve in tanks as a general rule...It's an interesting design, but I concur, I'm more interested in how it will actually hold up in the field compared to other comparable designs. The Russians say one thing, but if history proves anything the reality tends to be a bit different...

That... is only the case without the context.As I stated before, the Soviets/Russians do get some very interesting ideas. Their execution of said ideas on the other hand, a bit of a mixed record at best.

I want my wife to be a tank-wife, who knows the difference between HEAT and HESH, or how to do a hull-down ambush, or how to debate whether the Tiger or Panther was a better tank.
