Russian Invasion of Ukraine 2022

Well the coup was in 2014, so maybe they are just old because they were delivered before the 2015 editions?
You know the US has been working with Ukraine even before the coup right?

That FM is literally buyable on amazon. The reason ourbdoctrine being easy to get a hold of is not a bad thing is we dont follow it.
Rest in Peace Colonel Vladimir Kovalenko, killed in Mariupol. Apparently a leader in the Seperatist DNR Ministry of "Internal Affairs."

Ukrainian counteroffensive retaking several towns Northwest of Kharkov.

Canada sending four 155mm M777 Howitzers including potentially a shipment of the fancy 'Excalibur' ammunition.

Belgium preparing a new aid package for Ukraine. Involvea buying back modernized/refurbushed equipment from their own companies.

Seperatist DNR fighters in Mariupol. One if them sticking a recoilless rifle barrel out a window... As you do.

Sticking it out makes it obvious.
You make it so you can still aim it without sticking it out as you become a VERY easy target

That reminded me of this...

an old military joke said:
The Soviets: "One of the serious problems in planning against American doctrine is that the Americans do not read their manuals nor do they feel any obligation to follow their doctrine."

The Nazis: "The reason that the American army does so well in wartime, is that war is chaos and the American army practices chaos on a daily basis."

America: "If we don't know what we are doing, the enemy certainly can't anticipate our future actions!"

Second largest arms depot in the world is now in Russian Hands.

The Comrades' morale is high.

Ukraine makes it a point to destroy these, Russia makes a point of restoring these monuments:

Russia just trolling Europe now for banning Z and V.

Russia continues to cement its permanence and is promoting Ukrainian Heroes in Soviet Times to rebuild brotherhood.

Meanwhile Russian Factories go Brrrr

Russian Logistics go brrr

This is what happens to the bulk of UkA AT teams, spotted and repelled.

DPR fixing large numbers of captured UkA Gear to add to its forces.

Russia reportedly resuming it's assaults in Mariupol.

More footage of Ukranian Air Defences engaging the two Russian Ka-52 Helicopters in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast the other day.

Successful Russian Cruise Missile Strike takes out an apartment building in Odessa.

Despite having been eliminated in the opening days of the War as reported in this thread, Ukrainian SOF are apparently still operating somehow.

Ukrainian Soldier practice firing a Maxim.

Whoa big news! Reportedly Russia narrowly avoided getting caught in a NATO WMD False Flag attack which would've both destroyed the Russian Assault Force in Mariupol and offer casus belli for NATO to unleash it's full array of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons upon Russia!!! 🤯

Nice try NATO but Russia is onto your tricks and figured it out just in time!

Incorrect.

It was the second largest armory complex in Europe, not the second largest arms depot in the world.

After the 2014 explosion Ukraine mostly used it for storage of old and suspect ordinance.

I was able to find some rather nice pictures, posted by a Russian who no doubt thought it would make good propaganda.

Note, the large rust patches on those rockets rendering them more dangerous to anyone trying to launch them then the opposing army they would be launched at.

Which doesn't change the point I was making in any way as its loss means a lot of UkA Units won't be getting more than a trickle of supplies from cottage factories. In this war, Russian Artillery barrages can go through 1,000s of shells in a day per battalion. Ukraine whose own artillery has been largely destroyed, can't match that volume. And given this wasn't removed to safer areas or blown up, indicates UkA lacks the required heavy lift to move it and the Command and Control to order its destruction in a relevant time frame.

As for the Rust, Russian Armorers simply inspect if its cosmetic or if its replaceable. If neither, they remove usable parts off it and dispose of the rest.

Least graphic one I found of Spetnaz Night Ops. For those wondering why you see little in the way of UkA night ops or for that matter Russian ones:

Star Shells make NVGs useless when fighting a professional military that has them in abundance and uses them on a regular basis to provide illumination at night. Till UkA artillery and mortars were attritted enough, Spetnaz stuck to day raids as did UkA. As the Russians continue to develop overwhelming material supremacy in firepower and logistics, the UkA will be reduced further and further to an ISIS level of threat to them.

Not as fast or dramatic as you would think but it does the job.

This is a minor crossroad being threatened by a single Infantry BTG with no Corps level support and it is wrecked with the defenders likely suffering 1 causality every hour. 4 if they are really unlucky. Now imagine what the mainline of advance with Corps support looks like.

Make sure you keep your maps updated Comrades.

Simple, Russia quickly destroyed them, backtracked the command signals and destroyed the command vehicles, and what few if any that survived stay far behind UkA lines providing overhead surveillance rather than venturing forth behind Russian Lines. Been a long time since we've seen any TB-2 footage while other drones of more expendable types bought off the shelf are more often seen and used to mixed degrees of success and failure.

Trent Telenko has a Twitter thread discussing the potential supply situation in regards to Russian Artillery ammunition and supply since it seems to be taken as an assumption that Russian artillery munitions are overwhelming in supply.

One Hundred 'Marder' Armored Fighting Vehicles apparently waiting for Government Approval to be Sent to Ukraine by the German Arms Company Rheinmetall.

Apparently over twenty five Russian Orlan UAV's alone have been documented as lost or downed by Ukrainian forces, many of them intact.

Russian Tank Doing Spins in Mariupol.

Ukaine reportedly stated they have around seven thousand Russian corpses stored across the country that Russia refuses to claim.

You editing a sentence out of the post you're replying to and then trying to reply to the post as if it didn't exist doesn't actually make that sentence go away.

See, I can even repost it bolded.

Only you would try and claim a Twitter post mocking Russian artillery accuracy is a post about a bunch of Ukrainian's soldiers being killed.

1.Second largest arms depot in the world, and ukrainians have it?REALLY?
2.Monuments of soldiers-liberators...HOW COULD THEY LIBERATE ANYBODY,WHEN THEY WERE SRALIN SLAVES? You need be free to liberate. And if they liberated people, then why they could go to churches or own landz? free people could do so.
Ukrainians are destroing monuments of genociders - and rightly so.If Russia was free country, they would destroy those, too - sralin killed more russians then his ally hitler.

1.Russia is promoting brotherhood with Ukraine by invading Ukraine? really?
2.Russian factories go brrrr. The same which could not produce T.90 any longer?
3.Logistic go brrr. Then why they do not advance?
4.Ukrainian AT teams repelled.Great, but why you could not advance, then?
5.Russians captured ukrainian weapons. Why? their logistic is going brrr, right?

1.1.So,it was not biggest in the Europe, and hold obsolate stuff. Why russians need it,if their factories and logistic are going brrr?
2.Russians are owning the night.those in logistic units wrecked by ukrainians, too?
3.Russians would reduce ukrainians to ISIS level. You knew, your idols was supposed to do so long ago.I myself though, that after 2 months war would end.
4.Russians destroyed almost all TB-2? you knew, officially they destroyed more planes and helicopters then Ukraine have.Old soviet tradition, just like raping, murdering and stealing.

True dat.

Amazing what artillery superiority can accomplish, especially when Russian Tanks have indirect fire capabilities as well.

More UkA prisoners in the bag.

Russia can replace tanks on a 1 to 1 basis, Ukraine can not.

This is why most UkA Ambushes fail and KORD has largely dropped off the radar after week 2.

Unofficial List of the Weapons and Equipment the United States has provided Ukraine.

And a similar list for Germany.

In addition to that, Germany is apparently donating a hundred armored tank transporters to Ukraine as well.

Ukrainian Defense Ministry is predicting new assaults in the Donbass region within the next day or so.

MSNBC Analyst and former Navy Cryptologist Malcolm Nance, very far away from the Front Lines, is breaking down a Russian missile strike far more competently than he broke down Critical Race Theory in a debate with Ben Shapiro.

Apparently a young mother and her infant daughter were among those killed in the latest Russian strike upon Odessa.

Oryx has an ongoing list of heavier equipment... and drones... that are being supplied to Ukraine.
