The IRR is the biggest aspect here, not the reserve but the IRR.
Basically it is soldiers who were in got out but had not done 8 years so they are put on IRR.
That alone puts them able for this to happen.
And that is max 450 in what is happening.

That is due to low numbers or people coming in, but we don't know what field they are going to or anything.


The reserve are constantly deployed and sent back on rotations.
They are probably replacing a active unit so they can get some dwell time and for another active unit to take thier place in the future.
