They have to be stopped. As I said they are so lost in the theory of it all (quite like the National Socialists) that they’ve justified atrocities in their own heads. But they aren’t malicious puppy eating monsters, were it so easy.
These are normal people driven mad by dogma, who aren’t acting on malice. Such people are perhaps the most destructive in all of history, far more dangerous than the Neros and Caligulas of the world.

It wasn't because they decided it wasn't, not because there was any precedent. Right now the UCMJ 'technically' protects troops from following unethical orders. However, in practice you will still get fucked for having disobeyed an order even if that order was illegal or unethical. To get around that you would need the order to be in writing and to be in opposition to "objective reasonableness" for how people would act in the situation.
In practice, troops now are no more protected from war crimes than WWII German officers were.
Germans,soviets,Mao,Pol pot - they all pushed for the best.That is why removed those who do not fit to earth paradise.
Now,it is the same - only difference is,that more then 80% of population do not fit now.
Even Pol pot do not tried that.
