I suspect the GOP establishment is on the fence. I think they still believe that Biden will be able to imprison Trump and that their establishment GOP replacement is the only thing that will stand a chance in a match against Biden.

Who's the establishment GOP replacement?
Of the three potential GOP candidates the only one that marginally might qualify is Nikki Haley, who served in the Trump administration and had a very right wing / conservative record as governor of S. Carolina.

To be fair. Letting parents handle it is amazingly better than what we have. I mean think about it like this if we allow the state to get involved then the state could very well say “listen bigot this child is obviously trans and not giving them health care is abuse so we are mandating it.”
Obviously ideally no child would suffer that but to be honest I care about my children more than others children and I know I’d never mutilate my child with the trans stuff. Sure libs will castrate their kids but at least the children of conservatives and Christians will be safe.

I don't know why people not politically motivated can't see the incredibly obvious: Biden is a weak candidate and the Republicans don't want to force him to drop out and have the Dems put Michelle Obama on. The impeachment proceedings, especially if conclusive evidence of corruption exists, would be most effective once the presidential campaign is in full swing.
