Now, I’m certainly not one for social engineering.
However, for those women who are qualified and have talked it out with their partners, I don’t see a problem if they make an individual decision to keep working, so long as someone is attending to the kids? That, and I’m not sure what this whole “love for race” shtick is about, when that has no bearing on someone’s character or values. (Of course, I’m not a fan of Robin DeAngelo-style “anti-racism”, either, just so we’re clear on that.)
Allegedly this is a bit of a subversion of the original intent of the comic but don't know that for sure.
