Like there's a ton of ways to make a joke like this funny, probably making a joke about black kids being raised without fathers for a different reason. This picture ain't it.

The punchline is the lady's face.

There are actually black people from different regions in LoTR.

The main people we see are white because it's loosely based on Medieval Europe. The black people are from the southern continent, and others in the east.
