I was in a gas station roughly two weeks ago when a black guy openely wearing a pistol with an extended magazine did not get hassled by anyone. He wasn't the politest person I've ever met, but the cop who was also there basically said "yep, he's ok" by staying in his Charger.
The guy just wanted to cash in some lotto tickets without getting robbed.

I've seen plenty of women who are well fed and have no appreciable breasts. Maybe A or smaller B. While there is a correlation between excess nutrition during puberty and secondary sexual characteristics, there's also the genetic factor.

This is a weird topic to comment on, but by the way you've said this, I take it you mean 'flat' as in 'has no breasts at all,' not 'flat' as is sometimes used to describe less-endowed women who still clearly have breasts?
When I was reading up on actual healthy body standards for both men and women, my reading did touch on how it takes a nigh-starvation diet to turn most women into actually 'flat.' I'm sure there are a few exceptions, but generally any woman with a healthy diet will be well-enough endowed that any even vaguely flattering clothing will show it.
So apparently 'German' is a sexuality now SMH.
