Elizabeth Holmes might qualify (she's not in jail yet, but that will be soon). Shkreli is still in jail, since 2018. There's also Madoff. Epstein also got sent to jail, eventually before he 'suicided'.

I wouldnt count Elizabeth Holmes as a major CEO, more of a huckster that managed a bubble. Madoff and Epstein are really the only ones I'd count, and its notable that Epstein was able to rule a lolita sex slave empire for half his life before he was sacrificed for party security.

I'd put Holmes on the same level as Epstein really. Both CEO's of fraudulent companies. Note these are just the famous ones in the news, there are other ones being prosecuted as well.

There is no realistic path to go from enlisted to officer, and even fewer to both go mustang and reach significant rank.

So what percent of the officer core is black? Because that should be the starting place for the data.

Here it looks like the active duty Armed Forces is 30% People of Color.

It looks like the New York Times took the 43% People of Color stat from an older source about the US Army... which I happened to post earlier in this post. 😐

Now... no one else probably bothered to look into this. So this poor research the New York Times did... or outright omissions and lies is literally going to be the facts of the day by the so-called newspaper of record or whatever. *shrug*
