It's not just that she didn't do her research, it's that her first assumption was that his success had to be because of white privilege; which shows that not only is she incompetent at her job, but she's a racist as well.
Which is what makes her humbling to be all the more satisfying, she had her own racism forced back into her face.

I should be angry about this but honestly there have been so many cringey media mistakes over the years that I cant help but agree that your decision is logical.
The concern with your original title was it was...well, vague. I figured this would bring in interested parties. Something similar to the "Ideology Memes" thread to keep thing organized and clear.
Plus....as you said, there's been a lot of examples as of late, and plenty from history.

I was thinking of other cringey stuff like in twitch where a female streamer threw her cat for everyone to see but only media videos is ok.
That would probably deserve it's own thread for "Internet Drama" or something. But like Hassan Piker's spicy take on "America deserved 9-11" would go here, since, for some unknown reason, people go to TYT to be informed by people like him.

People I feel just watch what they want which includes me. I feel something tribal about it so we can stick stubbornly to questionable videos that may not be informative and biased.
I suppose I'll put the Hasan Piker part then.
A video short with subtitles to summarise Hasan Piker saying that America deserved 9/11 while talking about an interview a veteran congessman had with Joe Rogan's talk show. Also insulted the veteran's injuries to about his eye and praised the Afghan who did do that as brave except that was with an IED. The veteran didn't took it that hard though and just took the insult in stride in a reaction video.
Then Cenk goes have a talk with him who doesn't approve of what he said about America deserving 9/11. I think he's digging himself further. Last time I was that edgy was somewhere when I was less than 15 saying China deserved to fall to the Manchu for being unable to get their shit together when it was a complicated situation as to how the Ming Dynasty declined and then split.
