Media/Journalism Cringe Megathread - Hot off the Presses

Asians are (dis)honorable whites to the Left.

More like dishonorary whites. Or white-adjacent.

Alright? And?
A military that isnt used is just as useless as one that doesnt exist

It still serves as a deterrent, no?

...trying to parse the brain twisting needed to try to make the Ukraine situation about 'black people' and trying to tie their racial issues into this is...really a dumb way to make a point about Russia's desire to recreate the USSR.

Relevant:

It may be a close race with Hispanics.
Or, I guess, that peculiar subcategory of 'white Hispanics' the thinkpiece authors with big-brains like to reference.

White Hispanics are frankly one of the best examples of the recent Flight From White, along with of course White Muslims. White privilege is so real that plenty of white people are literally running away from it as fast as they can, preferring instead to label themselves as pseudo-POC rather than as whites like their ancestors did.

You aren't going to know that a white Hispanic without a foreign accent is Hispanic unless they tell you they're Hispanic or have a name that is clearly Spanish.

Yep; Alexis Bledel, for instance:

A BLM CRT pushing commie tried to kill a GOP mayor candidate because rayciss. Hardcore suppression of the story, loads of attempts to deflect on media. But not in the alternative sphere.

Behold, the meme that got them deleted.

Target was a Democrat not a republican.

Thanks to the GiveSendGo leaks journalists everywhere have been popping up to harass ask questions of terrorist financiers who have given as little as $50 or less to the Freedom Convoy.

Such as Bryan Schott of the Salt Lake Tribune.

"I am doxxing people and they are mad at me for trying to get them fired and turned into social pariahs! How could this have happened? It's those damn russians spreading disinformation and turning people away from trusted media!"

It says a lot even the fucking Squad member realizes how fucking bad of a tactic this is

After the civil wars end after people rebuild from the rubble the media will get the lions share of the blame for making it all happen.

The Washington Post, the premier American newspaper of record, issued a correction on its news story about Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

The news article by Cleve R. Wootson Jr. and Marianna Sotomayor stated:

Washington Post said:
Rep. Bennie G. Thompson (D-Miss.), a friend and ally of Clyburn’s for over 3o years, said even Clyburn’s critics respect his political instincts and his connection with a valuable but often disappointed subset of Democratic voters.

“Nobody that I’m aware of feels that opposing Clyburn’s nomination would be the wise thing to do,” he said. “If you know that a person has been vetted by Jim Clyburn, you know that person won’t go to the court and end up being a Clarence Thomas,” referring to the Black justice whose rulings often resemble the thinking of White conservatives.

The Washington Post, after public outcry including on social media, later issued a correction.

Washington Post said:
A previous version of this story imprecisely referred to Justice Clarence Thomas’s opinions as often reflecting the thinking of White conservatives, rather than conservatives broadly. That reference has been removed.
