Ok, bold claim. Russia is targetting vaccines to spread dissent and harm the USA. Ok NYT. Interesting claim. Except...

The article goes from claiming this is Russian disinformation, to Russian aligned disinformation, to then admitting they only suspect it is Russian and are relying on a 3rd party "analysis" to claim a Russian connection over the article. Oh and the 3rd party is from someone who made the claim based on "misspellings" and other circunstantial evidence and who has ties to the UK inteligence and claims anti-globalism and skepticism of the Mueller probe is also signs of Russia.

This article breaks it down into atoms. It's pure propaganda of the highest caliber.

AP News is whining to Florida Governor DeSantis that one of his aides is fomenting online bullying towards their news organization. This is due to AP News breaking an exclusive story about how Governor DeSantis' Hedge Fund supposedly was investing in a firm that produces the anti-Covid treatment Regeneron and that DeSantis has been touting as a treatment for the WuFlu, alleging that there was some sort of collusion going on since Regeneron also donates to Republicans.

Alas, it turned out that the investment story was a nothingburger:

The DeSantis donor's hedge fund, Citadel, had a smaller share in Regeneron than BlackRock, which has donated more to Democrats, and that Citadel's investment in Regeneron "is a tiny fraction of its overall $39 billion in investments."

Even Politifact declared the story as MOSTLY FALSE.

But the poor AP News... they're being bullied and sent an open letter to the Governor to whine about it.
