One of CNN's Brian Stelter's guests decided to roast the egg shaped CNN host for being a big reason why people have such a terribly negative view of mainstream news media and CNN in particular.

Michael Wolff is an author whose written several books that have been less then flattering about the Trump Administration so you know these comments come from a place of love. :p

In response to the criticisms, Stelter laughs awkwardly a fair bit.

To these people, color blindness is white supremacy. Of course, so is the okay sign, milk, math, time, literacy... look; everything is white supremacy, okay?
I've been playing a game on Google.

"Is ______ racist"

Fill in the blank.

You find articles for lots of weird things lol

Might need a new thread for this kind of stuff, I don't know... but someone posted an excerpt from one of Robin DiAngelo's books on the Twitter.

So the takeaway here is that 'Open Hostility' is preferable to 'over-smiling' when dealing with Black people.

Fuck that NY Times asshole and I'm saying that as a Democrat who leans Socialist.

If you want to vote in a US election make yourself eligible to vote in a US election. Part of that involves becoming a US citizen if you aren't one and meeting the other requirements, which are pretty minimal* (adulthood, residency, and not much else).

* A lot of laws meant to keep inelligible people away from the polls are actually very racist and classist measures meant to disenfranchise segments of the voting population the powers-that-be don't like.

The Democrats see how weak and cowardly the conservatives are and sense an opportunity to create a permanent one party rule.

More that they see how weak and cowardly the Republicans are, our supposed advocates. And they fear the conservatives, the ones who supported Trump. So they're going to take their opportunity to seize total power while they can.

I can think of quite a few good reasons, actually. Seriously, what's going on over there, beyond the Atlantic? Can it be that the US surpasses Europe in its craziness?
We've let outright communist subversives commit mass institution capture and didn't notice until a real estate developer with a bad tan set them all off like vampires at a crucifix factory. It's the cumulative failure of a passive US society. And now that the frog has been boiled too fast the cook is trying to keep it in the pot.

Exactly what are you snorting?
Whatever it is, he's not wrong.

The Dems want full control of the nation, in perpetuity, and want the GOP to only exist as controlled opposition (and on pretty much everything but guns and abortion, it is).

They are closer than ever to achieving this, thanks to the stolen election and cowards like McConnell and Romney.
