That story was based on, from my memory, a “4chan insider leak” that was reposted by verified FBI asset Hal Turner, and it wouldn’t make sense anyway because it claimed the Justices were having shouting matches in person even though the Supreme Court was still doing video conferences at the time.

WASHINGTON — A federal judge on Wednesday acquitted a New Mexico man of misdemeanor charges that he illegally entered the U.S. Capitol and engaged in disorderly conduct after he walked into the building during last year's riot.

U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden issued the verdict from the bench after hearing testimony without a jury in the case against Matthew Martin. McFadden, who was nominated by former President Donald Trump, acquitted Martin of all four counts for which he was charged.

McFadden said it was reasonable for Martin to believe that outnumbered police officers allowed him and others to enter the Capitol through the Rotunda doors on Jan. 6, 2021. The judge also said Martin's actions were "about as minimal and non-serious" as anyone who was at the Capitol that day.

we are not nearly at the point where the politics of the day will allow those kinds of things. The GOP hasn't had their people personally suffer enough to ennact politics of revenge. Its not enough for their supporters to suffer it has to be personal they have to have dealt with that shit hurting them and their families.

Of course you're accurate about the state of politics, but I'd modify the GOP part to the party not caring about what happens to people that support Trump. Trump supporters and the GOP are different things, which aligned briefly for political reasons.

A defense attorney for some of the alleged Oathkeepers who are defendants in the ongoing J6 Trials reported the following in a motion in Court today.

"At least 20 FBI and ATF assets were embedded around the Capitol on J6," a footnote in the motion reads. The motion also states that attorneys "combed through a mountain of discovery" including summaries of interviews conducted by FBI agents and that members of the Oath Keepers, a far-right group, were "being monitored and recorded prior to J6."

Fischer writes that despite carefully inspecting a significant amount of evidence during discovery, he has not found "one iota of proof" that the defendants pre-planned or had any "intention, design, or scheme to specifically enter the Capitol Building on J6."
