I've seen the future...
Seems Nancy and the gang pulled a shenanigan. House is voting on the AWB now.
More hoping to get it all through "in case" they lose power. Unlikely they expect to, but some contingency planning would not be out of character in the slightest.D's are hoping to get it all through before they loose power.
It's the pacing of things and rhetoric that makes it feel to me as if they are moves of...well, panic and spite.More hoping to get it all through "in case" they lose power. Unlikely they expect to, but some contingency planning would not be out of character in the slightest.
If this is accurate and the bill goes through? Things are going to get ugly fast.
... why ban revolver shotguns, those things aren't even dangerous, they are just a novelty for boomers who wanna pretend they are cowboys.

Yeah and how long will that take…?The supreme court has already knocked down much less sever anti gun laws.
This is blantantly unconsitional and will be destroyed in court.
2 to 3 years, soo i hope everyone is already stocked upYeah and how long will that take…?
Pretty sure it'll be MUCH quicker than that. B/c it's legislative action, any suits go straight to DC's circuit if not outright to the SCOTUS. I have to check on that to be sure.2 to 3 years, soo i hope everyone is already stocked up
They don't go straight to SCOTUS, that's not how it works. If a state sues, that's original jurisdiction, and that goes straight to SCOTUS (if they accept it, which is rare).Pretty sure it'll be MUCH quicker than that. Very ingenious.Someone turned in SIXTY TWO 'Ghost Guns' at a Houston Gun Buyback. Thank goodness they did, the streets are safer now with that box full of snub nosed death off the streets. Got a nice $150 Visa Gift Card for the due diligence PER GUN.
After this occurred at their first gun buyback, the Mayor's Office and Buyback Staff stated they will no longer be accepting 3D Printed Ghost Guns.
But how will they stop proliferation of the ghastly Ghost Guns if they don't buy them off the streets? After this occurred at their first gun buyback, the Mayor's Office and Buyback Staff stated they will no longer be accepting 3D Printed Ghost Guns.
