They tell 13News the 22-year-old pulled out the pistol he was carrying under the "Constitutional Carry" law, steadied himself against a pole and fired ten rounds at the gunman from about 40 yards away.

40 yards with a handgun, even a handgun being stabilized against a pole (somehow) is very impressive shooting.

I'm of the opinion that if you fucked up so bad that you cant have your rights back then you shouldn't be allowed out of prison in the first place.
